ubiquitous
Looks like a gear to the keyless works, maybe?
Duffy33333
Hi, anyone can see it missing here? Andr
RWG Technical
It's the crown gear from the keyless works. Remove the stem and insert it in place, then re-insert the stem. DO NOT remove the stem in anything but the WINDING position, this is why the gear fell out, nothing to hold it in place. If your unsure of where and how it goes into the keyless works, check out the ETA docs on their website with the breakdown of the movements. dadog13
I sent you an e-mail with a nice PDF document concerning the ETA2893 -1;-2;-3 movement(s)... judging from your last piece it could easilly be that the gear is from the keyless works... RWG Technical
Excellent news. Remember, winding position only for stem removal. RG
Duffy33333
Hi Zig, i knew this but thought, i already would be in second position. Hard to see without hands... but dor the next time i know. Is it normal, that the "wheel" spins further, although in second position? Regards Andr Edited May 11, 2009 by Duffy333333
