BRONTE500 Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 Hi there. Read a post on here somewhere where somebody had cleaned the bracelet on their SD OR DSSD with something and it turned the cloth black and that it must have been the left over chemicals from the factory. I cannot find the post again but i was wondering if anyone on here could give me any tips for cleaning a DSSD bracelet? dont want to damage the finish in any way. any recommendations for solutions/ cloths? Thanks in advance

BRONTE500 Posted May 18, 2009 Author Report Posted May 18, 2009 thanks for that mate. Tried oiling the bracelet and then cleaned it up with some low cut car polish and it did help a lot but i was just wondering if there was anything better for getting the shine on the bracelet a bit better
stevene Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 Perhaps you're remembering Cape Cod Polishing cloths, available on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/Cape-Polish-8821-Pol...d_bxgy_k_text_b Light polishing by hand cleans, renews luster, even hides light scratches and swirls. Buff with a clean rag. Keep it away from crystals, or course, and bracelet links that aren't polished. Good luck!
BRONTE500 Posted May 19, 2009 Author Report Posted May 19, 2009 will give the cape cod a try mate. Thanks very much.
