rogerthat
The Zigmeister disagreed with this analysis and felt if serviced the watch and movement would work great Just add a servicing into the cost of the watch difficult to do given the already high cost but itnis needed

This is the major issue that is preventing me from buying one of these bad boys. Thanks!

spooky driver
so the problem was solved by a service there where on other issues with your watch?
MADRED7
The service included an exchange of a smaller part for the NAVY.....the RB2 was just completely serviced! Theo
rogerthat
Just to add, I was 2 for 2 with AP ROO Seconds at 12 received and stopped working. Both were fully serviced no parts or anything but a full service. Both now work great with really long power reserve to boot. As Pam1a mentions makes this expensive rep even more expensive when you add the cost of a service. Bonus is if you can have someone lume the watch at the same time you will be pleased with the finished result.
firansky
Dear all, I know it is not good to post and comment when you are angry and mad....but I have to tell you about this. It was all about my big love ... the AP Royal Oak Offshore chronos. I have all possible MBW models and he did a very special model upon my request in veeeerrry limited numbers....but it was only sec@9. So I was absolutely amazed and excited when they announced the sec@12 chronos where the factory managed to take care of all the visible flaws....the outcome was a dream-come-true, a AAA-looking timepiece, a real clone.....this time with seconds running correctly at 12 o
senator
I gave all my 3 secs@12 APROO's out for service and now the watches working well without any problem. I think, that's the point to do!?
MADRED7
well......my RBII died again 2 days ago! So this damn thingy has to go to D. again for a 2nd service-break. Will keep you posted on this, Theo P.S.: D is on holiday leave at the moment so don
KVD
My AP ROO black themes sec @ 12 (bought from PT end of 2008) did run, but also did stop all the time. It would run for ... minutes, then stop for ... minutes etc. So no need to say it did not keep time well. I sent it to TomHighway for service / repair ; and now it does run well ! Very nice watch, and keeps perfect time. Also the chrono function works well. KVD
308GTS
Have 2 Baracello's for many months, II (blue face) & III (rose gold) both secs at 12. Wear daily & use pushers often. Had cleaned when received. Have absolutely no problems.
minuterepeater
Sounds like good work being done on the serviced models. I've been a member here for a long time but have not had any wathces serviced for years. As The Zigmeister can not be contacted now, can anyone recommend a watchsmith for servicing the AP's in the U.S.?? Thank you!!
