Well I can see some small differences between the movements but I suppose that's possible as Oris uses both ETA and Sellita movements. Mine is an ETA 2836-2 do you know what's in this one?

Not saying this is a fake, just a few subtle differences on the movement, if you could get a clear shot of the movement showing the balance it would be an easier tell.
