I would like to replace my 5517 insert as the pearl is just awful. And I am aware that the 5517 insert should have marks to 60 as opposed to marks to 15, I just like the imbalace of the 15 ticks. However, if you go with a Gen and your 5517 isn't an MBW, tou will have to mod the insert and use glue to install it. Good luck and welcome to the realm of the Crown.
