dpca10 Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 (edited) The Pam 172 was one of the best Pam's in my opinion but it seems the evolution on this watch stopped after the first Gen. Anyway, i've been out of the panerai collecting for a few years now but my 172 died on me. I'm not interested in mailing my watch all over the place for the upgrades. Anyone know if an upgraded version of this watch is around? If anyone has one in the US with the good upgrades and want to unload it i'll make an offer send me a PM. andreww Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 Unfortunately the rep makers cut back on the use of titanium a while back. The 192, 172, Chrono Avenger and Seawolf were all notable casualties. To bad because like my 192, the 172 is a beautiful watch.
