Plan a trip to Hong Kong and get a tailor to make a custom shirt for you. Bring them pictures of what you like. Cost effective if you are already planning a trip there. Plus these shirts will fit you to a T.

Popular option these days is no pleats and point collar. I like no pleats and wing collar.
