If you ever need the tone lowered then I am your man !! I think from my own experience with GTHARN (when he posted his first issue with Lunarglide)... and going by his replies on that to me and the fact he would appear to be a Brit that he had a preconception of dealing and colecting in this hobby and his expectations werent either capable or willing to adjust to this very unique area of the hobby... In not being able or willing to make that adjustment he reacted in what we and others would consider an inappropraite way... This place needs some time to get use to... the game itself is difficult enough but when you throw in the diversity of this forum and the way we are all use to dealing with people here and how that varies in our own real worlds then what has happened here is an easy trap to fall into...even if you might be a nice guy.. This is a lesson to any guy new on here to read the guides, to get use to the place and the people and get use to how we interact with each other... as a community this is a great place to be and is shared with some fantastic blokes...and its a priviledge to be here and have the support this forum gives to us all as enthusiasts and collectors.. And as a priviledge these sort of guys should be aware that if they dont or wont make that adjustment then they arent welcome... Just my pennies worth

Pardon my french, but kind of a weird question... sort of like, "I want a tattoo, what should it be??" You should get whatever you LIKE, not whatever you NEED.

I'd have to say Grey face appeals to me more, but mainly because most of my pieces are black faced It does change the look of the dial though with a black strap instead of brown too!

I want a few of these so bad! I have not been buying so that I have the cash when they are released.

Plexiglas (plastic) tends to lose some of its elasticity with age, which can leave it brittle &/or with a tendency to develop hairline cracks that may appear with pressure/temperature changes.

From memory, the gen dial diameter is 32.5mm. The rep dial is about 31-31.5mm The outside diameter of the Rep slide rule is 37.5mm. I'll could check my gen Navi Fighter for its slide rule size later (i'm not wearing it right now), but i suspect that the bezel size is different to that of a calibre 23 Navi or even an Old Navi.....?

I purchased a Clarks 127 and it took some shaving to get it on. Since most of the gen parts wont fit reps does anyone have an idea of an easier to install crystal than a tropic 127 for a 1680? thanks in advance

I have allready done a 1655 NDT Case for BertieNg. Hope we will see the whole watch in the future. BTW I must drill the Lugholes on the NDT Case. I thought they where made 1-1 to the real Deal? Made to fit a gen movement but not 1-1
