  1. That's what he's telling me, I'll have to wait and see what he finds considering it's the New Year.
  2. I see the going rate for the Chronofighter is $398 USD . Too much for me. I've dispatched a buddy in Hong Kong to find the same watch but for waaaaaaay less than $398. Just to add I sent him a huge list of watches to find for me in the watch district.
  3. Prices are unbelievable. There are one or two I would like to try. I need to hear more positive experiences first.
  4. Freddy333, Nice watch and nice pic in the background. I'm not the only Magritte fan I see.
  5. Wearing this one today... IWC FA Jones with blue markers. I love this watch....
  6. 3 oz Gordon's gin 1 oz Gordon's vodka 1/2 oz Blanc wine 10z of Raspberry cosmo or pomegranate drink mix Pour the gin, vodka and blanc into a shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled glass. Serve. The perfect Martini and oh yeah and smoke a Helix 550 Maduro cigar to go with it.
  7. Whats the rep cost of this beast?
  8. Just in time for our friends in Guangzhou to produce a near perfect PO. I need a new one since my old one is broken. I would like to see one with correct symbol, correct markers, correct bezel. It's not too much to ask is it. If I were to Franken Omega one it would cost over 600 bucks at that point I might as well save my money and buy a real one.

    Bond 22

We all know that Jack Bauer would destroy them both. C'mon, Jack killed 90 people once in 24hrs. No contest
  10. Narikaa shipped this morning. It might be a short wait. free bump
  11. I took the leap and ordered the watch yesterday. It's going to be a long wait. I'll let you all know when I get it. All you B&R fans know you want one, just part with the USD $120 better than parting with USD $4K for a gen
  12. I could be wrong but I think the symbol is recessed. The spaces in between the & symbol seemed to be raised like the original. My eyes could be playing tricks on me as the pic isnt all that clear. But it was clear enough for me to buy one for $120 (can't beat that price). Can't wait until it's shipped and arrives. I've been hoping someone would rep this one, it was on my top 5 liist, 4 more to go. Also Reg said it was 44mm, Asian 21 J and the inner bezel rotates
  13. Hello all looking to buy my first Panerai. I'm looking at the following models. Tell me what you all think. 14. I don't mind paying couple of hundred dollars for a replica watch that is of good quality but in the past year my 2824 Omega PO with correct markings, AR etc., has broken on me. Cost of the watch $240, price to send/receive to be fixed $60 bucks. It's broken again (Stem and Crown has come completely out) and a new problem has emerged... one of the markers on the dial has come unglued. Now the seller won't even answer my emails. I don't mind paying for the watch but I do mind paying for a watch that's a POS that's not going to go the distance (not even a year). On the flip side I purchased a BR-03-92 with blue markers for $147 and it works fabulous, I also paid $158 for an IWC FA Jones with Blue markers and it purrs like a kitten. 2 of the best watches I've ever owned. I'll pay for quality but not crap.
  15. If you have a PVD I'd like to see about buying it. I and many others
  16. Here's another one. This one is a "42mm Omega Planet Ocean " clearly a bad rep. I should know because I wear the same one when I run or hike. (if you're going to trash a watch it might as well be a bad rep) http://cgi.ebay.com/Omega-Planet-Ocean-Aut...1QQcmdZViewItem Or this one a B&R Chronograph http://cgi.ebay.com/Chronograph-Automatic-...1QQcmdZViewItem
  17. just watch it on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsD3z_BnSrk

    Bond 22

According to most of the watch forums I lurk, Craig wears the 42mm PO for Bond 22 and in real life. http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q48/sca...d_22_craig6.jpg

    Bond 22

With Bond 22 several months away do you all think we will see a better rep of the PO from our friends in Guangzhou? My first rep looks like the one from Silix but I purchased it off of ioffer. I like it but the Bezel drives me nuts as it is nowhere near the GEN or UPO Bezels. I would buy another if they did, would certainly be cheaper than ordering the Bezel from Ofrei. I know someone on the bay sells aftermarket Bezel inserts but I don't think they come close either. While I'm on the PO topic quick question. I purchased a SS PO Bracelet from the bay (really nice and heavy with all the correct markings http://cgi.ebay.com/OMEGA-Planet-Ocean-SS-...QQcmdZViewItem) but I can't get it to fit correctly on my rep. It seems the holes don't exactly match up. It took me about an hour once to get it to fit and once it did I walked about 2 feet, opened the door and the spring bar flew across the room never to be seen again. Anyone ever had this problem? Any solutions?
  20. Looks similar to this one as well. Seriously considering buying this one. http://www.pc-80108.com/br10014-classique-...nos-p-1304.html
