  1. No, the only option is to buy a gen Glidelock with the correct Rubber B. The Rubber B band with Rubber B clasp has a very nice size and fits perfect to the watches size. The original Rolli Glidelock clasp is much smaller than the Rubber B clasp and looks a little to too small (in my opinion). But I like to have a nice Oyster Band with Glidelock anyway!
  2. Hi! Just to share some pics and experience. I bought this one and are very happy with it. The only bad part is the Glidelock Claps. The band itself is very nice, but the clasp opens easily and is not manufactured very well. I send it back to PureTime four weeks ago, but to date they told me my band has not arrived ;-( Anyway ... as long as the watch can be spotted as replica easily by having a look at the clasp, I feel to replace it with another one. So I decided to buy a Rubber B Band, which is very nice and feels quite well. I have a 16 cm wrist and the Rubber B fits perfectly! If anyone have an idea where to get a real good band, please let me know! And now some pics:
  3. Just to let you know: the watch and movement works perfect since 4 years. I bought it from Trusty Time.

  5. Hi, any experience with http://www.noobwatch.com ???
  6. Hi! I just ordered the Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA 116660 "D-BLUE" 1:1 Noob Best Edition A2836 V2 @ PureTime Watches. See: http://pure-time.com/product/sea-dweller-deepsea-116660-d-blue-11-noob-best-edition-a2836-v2/ But it seems they are not able to process my payment. So I think it's a sign to check if this version is the best I can get. :-) There are some versions @ TrustyTime with swiss movement like: http://www.ttw8888.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_8&products_id=13108 What do you think? Kind Regards, Daman
  7. Did you already get this beauty?
  8. Hey! Any idea where to buy a Rolex Precision (Year 1970)? Kind regards, Daman
  9. BTW: any idea where to get an original dial, crown and clasp? And what is the price of an eta valgranges movement? I can't find informations on google.
  10. Thank you! Enclosed please find two pics showing the watch with a genuine Rios 1931 aligator strap. It looks very nice, but I prefer a black one. The price of the aligator strap is very high (164 €) but Rios offers a nice obe based on a delicious piece of beef: http://www.stetefeld...ion/panama.html Last week I went to the Chopard Store in town and bought an original Chopard Rubber strap (108 €), which has a beautiful vanilla fragrance ... pic enclosed. If you look at the rubber straps it should be easy to see which one is original. The rubber itself is as smooth as the original strap. Regards. @spooky driver: my »normal« every day watch is a genuine GMT Master II. .
  11. Additional notice: The bracelet has a strong smell of cigarette smoke/tar, maybe there are a lot of harmful plasticizers (PAH) in rubber/oil in order to get the bracelet so super soft. So I exchanged the bracelet for a brown/mocca alligator band of Rios 1931 now. I will have a look at the Chopard Store in Hamburg and check the original bracelets. I hope Chopard will use better bands, if not I think I will exchange it for a black Alligator bracelet shown in the current Chopard Classic Racing Collection 2011 catalogue. After wearing it 10 hours, my arm now smells really disgusting. *uaghs*
  12. Hey! I just received my new Chopard Mille Miglia Gran Turismo XL 2008 Limited Edition. The first impression is very well. The weight is heavy (146g) and the size is big (44mm). I personally have a small wrist and have to decide if it looks foolish on my arm. So maybe I will sell it in a few days/weeks. But the watch itself looks great! The dials printing is sharp and clear, the rubber strap is soft and can be worn very well. Here are the first pics. The pictures are a bit dusty, but adequate for a first impression. If there are requests, I will take more and better pics next weekend. Kind regards from germany! DaMan
  13. Hi, I just received a Daytona 6263 and my wife don't likes it :-) Read the rest of the story here -> http://www.rwgforum.com/topic/124230-vintage-rolex-daytona-6263-in-europe/
  14. Ahoi von der Nordseeküste!

  15. Hello World! I need to adjust my Daytona bracelet and have no idea who to reach and open this pin. I tried my smallest watchmaker screwdriver - no chance! Normally there should be a little hole in the ending to reach this little thing, but I have none. Please help and give me a hint!
  16. Nice watches, Hike! I do a lot of research in the last days and now I can see clearly what I really want ^^ It's a 6241 with correct pushers, dial and bracelet. Trusty offers one that is close but the bezel printing looks very poor and the register and logo size is wrong. I am not sure if I can get a better one that fits the 39mm case. And of course I am not able to change it myself. I asked Spinmaster and he told me the dial is not available, but offered he can do a custom dial for me. Now I am waiting for his answer about correct pushers, bracelet and maybe another manual movement with correct 37mm case. If someone have another idea or bought one 6241 before, please let me know. Kind regards from germany!
  17. Anyone have an idea where to buy a good quality black leather Bracelet for this watch?
  18. thx for your answer ... and you are right. ->
  19. Hi! To close my Daytona Collection there is one thing I would like to have: a Paul Newman 6263. Anyone knows where to get a good one?
  20. thx, I love vintage rolex watches
  21. Ahoi! Ihr Schweden sprecht doch auch alle deutsch! joking ...
  22. Hi, what do you think about this vintage models from trusty-times? Maybe anyone has already ordered one? I like it very much but I am not sure what model is close to the original and if the plexi front glass is of good quality. I had one watch with plexi glass years before and the glass gets milky (right word?) And it looks like the lume point at 12 is not really in the middle of the printing? The first pic is a model with Swiss Eta and the second a low pice model with an asian movement.
  23. Hi, I just received my latest Daytona. Because of my bad english I don't like to write a long review. The watch looks great and has perfect weight. It has an Asia 7750 Valjoux Working Chronograph movement Grey Dial,
