Any ideas? The thing that threw me off was the rounded ends of the letters in OFFICINE PANERAI and how deep the embossing is. The OEMs for tang/deployant I've seen have right angles on the typeface and slightly shallower embossing. Were there older OEM rubbers with a rounded typeface around 'C' period?
Gen bracelet is Ti/SS on a gen 168 as far as I can tell. Also, the shape of the pushers is is less angular and more curved like and of course the recessed DW with the wrong color and font. I'm guessing these will be in the $268-288 range from the usual suspects.
Grats, dial and lume looking top notch. a V CG on that bad boy?
About the case, the lugs look almost the right length and curvature but I see you opted for Vendome>> for lugscrews? They should be the three piece (screw-bar-screw) type

Kruzer00,
Well I guess this thing is settled then. Furthermore if they do PVD exclusively and not TiAlN or ADLC in addition, you can be pretty certain that they did either Pre-V or a&b as I think the newer post a,b PAMs are ADLC.
if it looks good with a nice gen like shade to it (and it does) and the cost is reasonable i really don't care where it came from. for a pre-v build i would be taking a cape cod to it anyway so my main concern is that i start out with a proper shade of pvd.
this watch looks great. the dial is great, i'd still like more pictures of the profile of the case and between the lugs. the CG is..meh though.
Is the CG pin polished on 201a? I've looked through a bunch of pictures but I can't seem to confirm this with 100% certainty. It looks to be polished but I guess with normal wear it goes goes back to sorta brushed or more like scratched

Tonryart,
I think one of RolexFinder's MX straps with a logo buckle would round out this package handsomely.
