Took the plunge and ordered a bezel insert off ebay. Picture on the ad was good but wasnt expecting the same quality. Boy was i surprised,only flaw i can find is the colour is slightly too dark,pearl is good and well centred and the print looks spot on. Can anyone see anything i missed?(pearl looks off in the pic but believe me it is spot on centre). Opinions please

Hi does anybody have any idea how the Slevin compares to the Tag link chrono for size? It lists the same diameter but just looks a lot bigger when on peoples wrists. Anyone have any comparision pictures? Many thanks Andy

HI all has anyone got any more ideas for the alignment problem with the smp? Tried the hairdryer,windowsill tricks.....no joy. Tried to remove the whole bezel....no joy. Tried acetone and glue remover....no joy. I think they must be using a better glur on the new smp as i cant move this one no matter what ido. Anyone? Cheers Andy

I have read the review but it relates to the old stock smps so not really useful if i am to get a new stock one. I am looking for opinions from people who own the new stock items.

In my quest for knowledge can you enlighten me to the flaws? I have read about the crownguard,he valve,bezel position and varying views on the quality of the bracelet. Anymore? Is the bracelet really this bad?

I really want to learn more about the movments inside my watches. I am practical with my hands and find watch movments fascinating,i am going to buy a cheap asian 7750 to strip down and figure out but i would like some form of reference material to assisit me. I have seen this cd but it is for an ETA 7750 movment. My question is how close to the genuine eta movment is the asian copy? Would this cd help me in learning/disassembling/assembling the movment or am i wasting my money? MAny thanks Andy Link

I would like a SMP and deal with PT. He currently needs to order an SMP but has a 007 version in stock. The problem i have is the 007 has the incorrect second hand fitted(New 007 logo version),i like the watch but the second hand would wind me up. Has anybody got both a standard smp and a bond version? Is the case/bracelet/bezel the same on both,with just a different clasp and dial,and would the hands from ofreis fit onto the movment in the 007? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks Andy

This is my joint first Rep,i also got a link chrono,This watch was a special order with PT and i must say they came up trumps and delivered exactly as ordered. I like this watch but it is more of a dress watch than a daily one.

Hi this is my first Rep,i bought from PT and the service was flawless. Sorry for the bad photo it was hard to shoot. The Quality of the watch is flawless,really like this one.

Just received my 2 new watches today from PT. I cant stop looking at them,i got a tag link chrono in blue and a datejust twotone with mop face and diamond markers. The link is nigh on faultless (been to AD today to checkout a genuine) the dial is beautiful in the way it reflects the light and it feels like a watch for this money shouldnt feel. The rolex is a stunning watch but amazed at how light it feels(until i held a genuine today) it feels the same weight!,feels like something from a cracker This excellent experience with PT has spurred me on to buy another,i was going to get an IWC gst titanium but instead have opted for the omega SMP in blue. Oh well the wait begins again.

All sorted now,i apparently put an incorrect/unknown address on the package,so it is coming back to me. I used the same delivery address as last time but this time the address doesnt exist? I truly wonder if the royal mail is staffed by chimpanzees,i have so many problems in the past,it makes me wonder if it would be safer to deliver your mail yourself But Azerbyjam is correct in the fact of..It takes 2 weeks for them to consider the package lost and to start reimbursement??? This is supposed to be a guaranteed next day delivery service,so why 2 weeks to decide it has been lost? Another example of royal mail stiffing the end user. Makes me mad.
