Well here in Sweden you can buy these suckers for less then 20 cent a piece! You must be able to find these in any watch store in the US!? Otherwise there are plenty on Ebay! Try not to go below 1.6mm! Good luck man!

I just looked at my 3714-01 and the hour hand is straight/slightly tipped upwards. The minute hand is slightly tipped downwards. I will talk to the expert (Domenico) and ask him..but it seems like it´s OK. It´s hard to decide without pics Chinga Linga
