Pasadena here, on the top of a 9 floor building and no real damage, but it shook the sh*t of out me. Friend was downtown at the top of a 50 floor building and things were off the shelves up there. I just feel sorry for the saddle back high crane (the one that looks like a T will weights at the end) operator. He had a hell of a day! as his load was still swaing 10 minutes after the quake... Hi Dutchy, When you say you were born in the US do you have a US Passport? (as in you are a citizen?) If so you may be in with a chance. Most of the intern recruiting by banks is done by teams that visit the institution that you attend and interview you. Interns are at a premium now with Bear Stearns gone JP Morgan paying people not to show up to their internship. The smaller regional banks are a bit of a no-no at the moment. I would try for the bulge bracket firms - big regional players outside NYC, or try for London (though they are having the same problems). Recruitment firms usually get paid to find people for a job, with job prospects curtailing in the US then going for a internship could be quite hard... I must say that I have had very satisfactory dealings with DSN. Got a 111 and a Cali dial from him and I am very happy! If he has new ones out there I will get another! Enock

I ordered one and it came with a good strap, textured brown leather with white stitching. Very nice. The lume job is also great. I have had nothing but a great experience with DSN. In fact the 111h was so good I bought a cali dial as well! I would highly recommend him! Yours Enock

Just an idle thought, will we ever see in house movements from Panerai rep'ed by the clever factories that do such a good job on the ETA conversions? Has it ever happened to other watches, or are the conversions just copies of the 7750 2836-2 et al movements from ETA? Enock
