How much is the fee? Anyway you heard what is going here and that people are waiting for the watches almost half a year...and even the death of a family member story is questioned...I think the situation is clear. there are not many things that could justify his behaviour!

And for jurisdictional concerns: In Poland (which is similar to German jurisdiction) you get the same trouble in not returning someones Rep as for keeping a gen... BUT: All we do is talk and write all the time...We must take action and exert pressure somehow, due to all reports I heard recently, he must be in good health and trying to get away with the watches...Users from Warsaw, please chime in and let's talk about action!!!

Well, or we should assign someone in PL a Detective or something...Isn't a member of this forum, which had problems in the past with him but managed to retrieve his watches, living very close to him??? Addtionally I have to say, that I am complaining about not getting my watches back for a long time now and everything a lot of members do is writing something like "keep waiting, he is a cool guy" which is not much of a help...anyway we have to get our stuff back, leaving all the stuff in PL is not option to me!!!

The question remaining is: Is there anything we can do to retrieve our Watches/Crystals/Money???

It is not about answering each mail, but to stay in touch...besides, he stopped replying emails before the incident in his family. His mailbox must now be around 600MB...
