  1. Sorry George.. You're obviously not a farmer and didn't go on the Quest for the Holy Grail with the Monty Python..

    Fear the Killer Rabbit

Well, sorry gtanak... You're obviously not well informed:

I AM a farmer ---> GEORGE - The Greek name Γεωργιος (Georgios) which was derived from the Greek word γεωργος (georgos) meaning "farmer, earthworker",

itself derived from the elements γη (geo) "earth" and εργον (ergon) "work".

I AM an orthodox knight ---> got baptized at the age of 4 in a church located in northern greece, dedicated

to Saint George, who was a 3rd-century Roman soldier from Palestine who was martyred during the persecutions of emperor Diocletian.

Later he became the patron saint of England. The legends describe him as defeater of the dragon!

And no, i didnt go for the quest - i am the QUEST for the Holy Grail :animal_rooster:

  3. Does anyone know which Rolex movement is closest in height to an ETA 2824. Asking for a contemplated project. Thanks in advance. :)

    Hi Warren!

with many pictures of movts. too - database has over 7.000 movts. listed...

    How much have you? ;)

ETA 2824 is 4.6 mm in height and 4.7 mm incl. ball-bearing

    some Rolex shown in database:

Rolex 3035 is 6.3 mm in height

    Cheers @all friends!

  4. Yip

Could anyone be more precise on the "biggest tells" of these reps?

I guess pricing is too good to be true - besides i guess dial and

caseback are one of the biggest flaws on these?

Wanted to shout REP too ;)

    George
