I managed to hold off for now. Ask me again around Xmas time.

I just played around with one at Best Buy. It took every ounce of self-restraint I had to walk away. The 11" and 13" are both amazing. Totally booted up in less than ten seconds. I may go back and get one tomorrow. I was gonna hold out for the next gen of the iPad, but this does EVERYTHING.

Amazing stuff. I sold off my VJ72 Daytona because I was never totally happy with it. This one, though...

Picked mine up used on the 'bay for $2k even. Worn it almost every day since. Love it.

Nah, just shot it like that for effect. If I was in the cockpit of an F-18, yes. Behind the wheel of my Saab, not so much.

The movement is a pretty standard multifunction ETA Quartz, I believe.

A couple of flight jacket shots of my gen BR 03. Picked it up on eBay for $2k shipped. Used but perfect condition. Surprisingly comfortable.

My brother went Rep Planet Ocean to gen. I turned him on to reps. When he bought the rep PO, I told him he'd buy a gen within 18 months. Only took him four.

I live in Old Town. This absolutely, positively SUCKS. I was at Atlanta in '96 (I was about 100 yards from the bomb when it went off) and, besides that awful event, was one of the best times I've ever had in my life. I'm so bummed we don't get to show the world what a great city we have. Damn.
