Good day all: I need some advice. I have a 3 month old Euromariner swiss Sub that I got from Eurotimez and the minute hand slips. I am going to look for a local watchmaker, besides my AD that I take my gens to. I basically want to know what the problem could be so that I could make sure that the watchmaker seems knowledgeable before I give him the watch. Thanks

I think this is a good conversation to have but it is an easy one when your on the out side looking in not having to make the decision. The US has been spending more than they take in since the early 80s (thanks Ronald) and we the people have followed along by spending more than we make and helping to create a economy that is based on frivolous spending. http://zfacts.com/p/318.html This is a direct effect of the securities markets being deregulated which brought out the greed in the banking system that enabled people to by things that they couldn't afford (i.e... housing bubble). I to don't like the stimulus but if there is a 70/30 chance that it will help that means there would be a 70/30 chance of failure if nothing is done, failure in this case would mean another 1930s 10 year depression with up to 24.9% unemployment. That is not an option!!!!!!

I live in Florida and we had the same type of amendment to vote on, Amendment 2. The beautiful thing about living in a Democracy is that everyone has the right to voice their own conflicting opinions with conviction. There is no inherent constitutional right of marriage so Florida and California did the correct thing by putting the vote to the people. The thing that people leave out is that there are thousands of laws on the books in the U.S. that protect the rights of civil unions and domestic partnerships and as long as these rights are protected this is really a mute conversation because the one thing is that everyone has a constitutional right to is equality without discrimination and equal protection under the law.

RobbieG is correct it seems like you need to do some more research. This is the only way you can limit the chances of you getting ripped off (limit). You mentioned weight, you need to research bracelet constructions hint - hollow or solid and you will understand the weight issue. All the info you need is here you just have to search and people will help you along the way. If you have a gen use it as a comparison to look at every inch of the rep you look at, every inch. You will be surprised at the many small problem on bad watches as to the one or two on good ones.

Housing is a problem but their are 5 or so states that are really foreclosure problems, the other states are having problems that are above the Governors head like industry leaving and going out of the country for cheaper labour. If I'm not mistaken running a State is different than running the country because the President is not in on the every day running of micro government. The Presidents main job is legislative and constitutional which you don't deal with on a regular basis as a Governor. I don't doubt that as Governor you would discuss ideas with your local H.R.. I think most people forget that the President is inundated by that pesky thing called the constitution and experience in that comes directly from being a legislator or having constitutional law experience.

Just a FYI... check out this site, it has all of the top polls and averages. The DNC did give Obama a bump. He was down in the Gallup Poll and tied in the Rasmussen poll before the convention.

Without the double AR it will stand out as a rep. You can not see the crystal at all on the gen until you are right up on it.
