    Hello Blade,

Relieved to see that you are ok. We have ( mods and senior members ) relocated the site & reimbursed the members who lost their money on the rwg watch project..... thanks in large part to member generosity and one large anonymous donation.

I as well as all old and new rwg members would love to know what kind of troubles kept you from rwg up until this moment.

    jf.

Yes, JF I am aware of the recent activities and my hats off to you guys for taking on the challenge. I will be bringing down RWG soon and joining up at your new site. (Under a different name of course)

Legal matters, personal matters, financial matters, you name it.... Have kept me away from here.

    All will be explained soon.

  2. Yes me talk limitid. not big word.

At this point, my retort should be something about your limited reading and comprehension ability, but that seems too ... old RWG. :Jumpy:

Here's what I was trying to say: Any review written about Asspire may, or may not be the result of an offer of a free watch. I am not questioning your principles or honesty because I don't know you. However, the fact that there may be payola reviews out there means we have to look at every review as possibly tainted. This is why the concept of "Watches for good reviews" was marketing suicide. You're not unprincipled and stupid, but whoever came up with the bribery plan may well be.

Please re-read my post as questioning Paul's integrity, not yours.

alright Pugwash. No offence taken. :yu:

  3. This is a good example of why I can't trust Paul. He bribes people with a free watch for a good review. This means every review of Aspire has to be tempered with the thought that maybe it's "sexed-up" a little just to make sure that free watch arrives in the post.

If I have reason to doubt good reviews, it kinda puts me off and makes me wonder if that is merely the tip of the iceberg. How much is he paying for reviews? What other dirty tricks is he using?

The emperor is indeed naked, and he's not even a real emperor. Caveat Emptor.

Are you suggesting that Paul has bribed me with a free watch for a review (which I've never done)? That was meant personally? or is your command of the language limited. :yuk:

  4. I see Paul as taking business away from our family of dealers, who never burned or spurned us,

as he once did. When I say US I don't mean every individual but us as a collective.

I also feel that we will never gain the type of pricing and service which we deserve, if

we spread our money out over too wide a circle...deluting our buying power to such

a degree that we become just like every other person who has not found the way to

    our little oasis...

Seems people don't realize the power we have here and don't know how beneficial it would

be if we wielded it in unison.....

That's one I don't get. you're logic is fuzzy. We have only added three or four worthwhile dealers in the last period of time. Paul's been here many years, and yes, he f**ked up with his crazy sale, but since then has been as reliable as any.

We don't delete our buying power by having 8 or 10 dealers as opposed to 12 or so.We're a steady source as opposed to those who only want to buy one watch. we are as good as it gets for dealers...collectors! And they are as good as it gets for us.
