I must say, I am shocked by some of the replies in this thread, almost skipped it because I am so sick of all the propaganda we are fed on this topic. Thank you to By-Tor and Dani for your honesty. It takes courage to speak the truth to people who have spent most of their lives being indoctrinated by the media into the belief that AAS use is harmful to the body.
I know several people who have been taking AAS for years and are in perfect health, and I am not talking looks, but liver, heart, etc, as confirmed with regular checks via bloodwork, etc., from their MD's.
The truth is that most supplements you can go into places and buy are nearly worthless and provide almost no long-term strength or size benefits. Many are actually HARMFUL to your overall health. You take 2 identical individuals and give one protein powder and test-e and the other any supplements he wants, have them train and eat exactly the same and the result would be that after 10 weeks, the one taking AAS would be healthier, have better liver values, and oh yeah, be in better shape.
