  1. The Euromariner uses the same case as the WM9. How can the rehaut be different?
  2. Whooooa there. Chris/Eurotimez sells a basic Noobmariner for 120$. For 40$ more you get the upgrade for a 4813 movement, which is a 28,8k high beat and has a much smoother sweep: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=82237 Then, he sells other models, such as the Euromariner, which are more expensive. And to answer your question, it is all about supply and demand. The Submariner is probably the world's best known and most wanted watches. Hence, it is one of the most and best replicated.
  3. Wow! Thank you very much. Very nice indeed. I just couldn't wait the extra 5 days to get the 4813 in my Noobmariner. How stupid is that! Might be time for a DIY project...
  4. I know I asked this in another thread and got no answer, but it would be really nice if someone could post a video comparing a 2813 and a 4813 watch side by side...
  5. Wow. Nice watch. (must.......resist..........urge...................) It would be even cooler with a black datewheel with white font...
  6. I can't wait for this one, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
  7. Nice watch! Tip: try not to shoot a random power cord in the background!
  8. Yes I have seen those, but I was wondering if someone has actually seen them in real life. For this price, I hope stuff isn't printed weird or something...
  9. Nothing comes up on the search on this, even though it seems a pretty basic question. Now that we pretty much know who has the best Sub, who has the best Rolex boxset? What is the quality of what is being sold? Thanks!
  10. Does anyone have a video (or could kindly make) a little video comparing the sweep between a DG 2813 and a 4813 movement? Id' like to see the difference a 28,8 makes. Many thanks!
  11. My girlfriend was beginning to think I was getting weird since I used not to wear watches and I now have to Rolexes... So I got her this Gucci "Mini G" rep from Andrew. She LOVES my new hobby now! This watch looks/feels very nice. Even comes with a nice box.
  12. Just received my Noobmariner from Eurotimez. Superb watch. Superb dealer. If anyone is hesitating, don't. Fire that webform to Chris! Maybe I should have got the 4813 movement. Perhaps I'll upgrade it myself. Thanks to everything I have read here, I felt confident enough to adjust the bracelet myself . My first watch work! No problem. What a pleasure. My first rep was a black dial Datejust. It was so hilarious when I took it to a local jeweler to have the bracelet sized. When he saw the watch, the guy was bending over backwards and kept saying: "Thank you sir, thank you sir. There will be no charge. Thank you sir." Priceless! A pic (the 2 white things you see on the insert are not scratches, just specs of dust. I am too lazy to go retake the picture):
  13. Hi everyone! Thank you all very much for all the invaluable info you have given me. I have spent the last month or so reading just about every post ever written here. I have now become a fully certified WIS. Like many, I was almost ripped off by the "umbrella" before finding RWG. I have a beautiful Datejust from Andrew (which is back in China for a repair), the obligatory Noobmariner from Eurotimez, and I also got my girlfriend a very nice Gucci from Andrew, so that she doesn't feel too weird and left-out of my newfound hobby... Here's a pic:
