I missed it, what are we supposed to do here?

I just purchased this watch simply because i love the look of it. It is my first Rolex rep and i have little knowledge about them. after reading alot of the posts here i'm sure there are mods that can make this an even better watch. so Rolexperts, if it were yours what would you change? i was looking at the weekend wrist check and noticed some wear on the left ad some on the right, where do you wear it and why? im a lefty and wear it on my left wrist, just seems natural.

Ive never used it, but a food grade mineral oil would probably be a good choice. never goes rancid, no toxins, 100% clear

Today was the day, my new Avenger Skyland arrived. I ordered it from Peter (watchstation) on the 11th and its at my door on the 17th not bad at all. there is little i can add in the way of a review of this wach after Toad's epic tome here http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=84144 but on the visceral reaction side, "THIS WATCH FREAKING AWSOME!!!" (I don't have a camera that can do it justice, but i'll attach the best i could get.) the Customer Service from Peter was great, fast replys to all questions. the lume placement is almost perfect, and it just feels good on my wrist. if anyone is considering this watch, i would say go for it. tictoc65

as long as we're on the subject, Does anyone know a dealer near Detroit, MI that will work on reps?

My budget allows for one more purchase and I've narrowed the field to either the Graham Black Knight (orange) or Omega Ultimate Planet Ocean (orange bezel) I like them both for very different reasons what do you think?

I havent been here a long time, but ive heard alot of talk about good, better, best, and the elusive "Super Rep" in the forums. i thought it would be kind of neat to have a "Hall of Fame" if you will, where only the best reps get posted. maybe the members have to vote on the rep, or the senior posters, or collectors fight over the details of the rep ultimately only the best make the list. just a thought (maybe not new, but i thought interesting)

definitely deployment, I looked at the straps from Angus and they look really good int the pics (thick and nicely padded), however, I'm a little concerned about the several bad reviews he has recieved lately. I'm new here and don't really know anyones reptation other that what I've read in the posts in my short time. I dont want to unfairly judge a dealer based on a few posts, but i dont want to waste time or money either so far it seems everyone here has been fair and honest in their posts, even the negative posts are even-handed, addressing service or quality issues, rather that lashing out at individuals character or motives. i am finding this board, and its members refreshing and impressive. thanks everyone tictoc65

Well I did it, i finally ordered my first rep. I was looking at the SA but after Reading Toad's review of the Skyland V1/V3 and checking the price ,i had to go that direction. I ordered it from Peter today, and i already can't wait for it to arrive Black Dial SS bracelet $210 +sh Im already thinking about new straps... Does RWG have a support forum addiction... tictoc65

Hi everyone New guy here, i have been reading the forums and am now more confused than ever, (i'm sure that goes away eventually) I am looking for an SA as my first Rep purchase, I've seen several on the site that have the Asian movements from what i've read the Swiss ETA movments are the superior works. Since im looking to keep this watch for a while i was wondering if... 1. is ther an SA with the ETA Movement? 2. will the ETA work with the current SA case and dial? 3. does this even matter, is one just as good as the other? 4. what question should i have asked that i didn't? thanks tictoc65
