would you be able to tell us how much approx it weighs? Is it as heavy as lets say a HBB or as light as a sub?
Thanks

Hate that watch! Its realy ugly you know!
x2. Never understood it.

what is the part number or size (7mm?) for a replacement crown for these? Will BK's crown fit? Just want to swap crowns, not tubes also.
thanks!

Is there a decent rep of the Omega Planet Ocean Liquid Metal yet?
I haven't really seen any from the dealers......
-
Wow. Great write-up. Something REALLY suspicious has been going on at Repgeek in the last couple of months. All this negative publicity. I hope they get their act together because I enjoy visiting that forum...
-
Definitely put a WM9 datewheel and gen crown on there. It will be PERFECT.
Where did you get that NATO from?

Hey guys,
Due to certain circumstances, I have to sell my beauty. The sale thread is right here -->
:angry::angry:
-
..... ,shame it was not a larger caliber more useful in subs ect
Why not? If I'm not mistaken, the WM9 Sub V2 uses a ladies size movement ETA 2671.... Talk to BK about it. He can tell you more
-
I'd be interested in buying your 116200 fluted bezel case and jubilee bracelet if you're looking to sell it... PM me.
-
I love it! You beat me to it! I've been practicing CG mods to various cases. My plan was to turn my noob sub into a DLC'd, no CG, no cyclops Project X homage watch. The only problem I have been having is the noob bezel. Did you remove the bezel for the CG mod? If so how on earth did you do it without bending it?
Love the work! Nicely done!
You can speak with member 'PBDAD' over on repgeek if you'd like

Well for a long time now, I've been looking for a decent rep of the Project X Sub. After some though, I decided to take on the project myself and build one.
It is about 95% done. I'm thinking about maybe swapping the insert for a ceramic one, and maybe a WM9 date wheel, and maybe a full AR of the crystal.
Thanks to PBDAD for shaving my crown guards!
- Noob case with shaved off CG's
- Swiss ETA 2836-2
- WM Insert and pearl
- Rep Sub LV Dial and Hands
- Cyclops removed from crystal
- Datewheel Realigned
- Bk Crown and Tube
- Black Zulu Strap
Let me know what you all think!

Don't think I have a modern overlay around; might have an MBW vintage though.
If I'm able to dig this stuff out (and you're in the U.S.), it's on me. Ah heck, even if you're Int'l, it's on me
I'm in the US!
Thanks pal

Yes, you'll need a 2836 replacement datewheel and an overlay to glue on it.
I probably have some old ETA datewheels laying around; a few of which have been stripped of their paint already and would be perfect for an overlay. The lack of paint allows for a better bond with whatever adhesive you choose to use, and also makes for a slight bit more clearance due to the reduced profile; you'll want as much clearance as possible between the overlay and the dial to prevent rubbing, which will cause the date to stick when rolling over.
Thanks!
Please let me know if you have an extra old ETA wheel for a 2836, and even a rolex overlay! I would gladly send you the funds for it
-
Unfortunately, no. The datewheels are different sizes; inner and outer diameters. the 3135 is just a larger movement than the ETA in general (12.5''' vs. 11.5''' for the ETA), hence allowing for a larger datewheel.
So then what do you reccomend I do?
The eta datewheel on my 2836 has fallen off and it seems as though a few of the teeth from the date wheel have worn out, so I need an ETA wheel and a Rolex overlay that will need to be glued on.. correct?
-
Will a genuine date wheel from a 3135 fit on an ETA 2836? I'm not talking about glueing the overlay, but rather removing the original ETA wheel and install the gen Rolex one.
Thanks

It's not "among the best". It's the best.
It's expensive though... in the $500+ range. If you have tighter budget there is an alternative... the YM from Noob factory. BK can source that as well.
Happy hunting!
Not only is it the best rep of the YM, but the best rep of replicas (in my opinion). And sorry By-Tor, they go for about $725 now.

Panerai - will never ever understand why people need to own 2 or more of them. They all look the same.
Graham - you have got to be kidding. Why the hell does it look like a grenade?
-
Were talking about replica cases here... not gen
-
i took it into a dealer today and asked him to look at it and he thought it was a genuine.. he said if its a fake its the best one he,s ever seen
get in there
Wait - you went into a dealer with your Rolex replica???
You deserve to be banned.

Anyone familiar with a sub case with serial F320840?
I am trying to get a noob case from Silix but this is the only one he has available with no rehaut engraving.
Can anyone post some frontal shots or give any insight on this case?
Thanks so much
Or if anyone has a noob case that they will part with, please PM me!

Shoot JoJo, they're supposed to be macros, but I know they're slightly out of focus...
The silver dial on that gold model is hotttt

You could go to Baily, Banks & Biddle and they could fix you up with a DJ that would be just right.
Who is that? Where is that? And what do they do?
Joshs 5512 is quite nice
