  1. Hi All,

I'm new here - been reading on and off for a couple of months. This is an awesome resource!

From what I've read, I was compiling a list of most accurate reps. My impressions:

    1. Rolex Sub (With date Black/ Green bezel)

    2. Omega SMP (Bond)

    3. Omerga Speedy Broad Arrow

    4. Breitling Navitimer Serie Speciale

    5. Panerais (tons of them!)

    Would this be broadly right?

    Cheers

Broadly, this would be correct...

Welcome.... I see you joined today so I'm kinda confused as to how you've been reading on and off for a couple of months....

    Welcome.

  2. Anyone know a good web site to research built in DVD players for your car head rest?

All I can find are portable DVD players that you hook onto your car head rest so the back passengers can watch a movie. I already have one of those and it's a pain in the ass so I'm looking for a head rest that already has the player built in. I know I can't take the player with me, but I'd prefer to have them built in so I don't have to worry about the player slipping off the head rest & all the cables and such...

  3. Right. That's what I'm saying...to each, their own. I'd just ask anyone who has a fascination or obsession with weapons to ask themselves "Why?"

Same reason some people have an obsession/Fascination with watches, stamps, art, etc.....

To each his own I guess...

  4. There are no rules forbidding the sale of Knives on here and I don't suspect there will be one.

On a side note, if knives were outlawed in the UK, people would be killing others with hammers. It's not the knife doing the killing, it's the person weilding it...

  5. I was reading this article here and was wondering if it's as bad as it sounds or just media hype...

Here is a brief except from the article..

Radical Muslims in France's housing estates are waging an undeclared "intifada" against the police, with violent clashes injuring an average of 14 officers each day.

Interior minister Nicolas Sarkozy was warned of an 'intifada'

As the interior ministry said that nearly 2,500 officers had been wounded this year, a police union declared that its members were "in a state of civil war" with Muslims in the most depressed "banlieue" estates which are heavily populated by unemployed youths of north African origin.
