This is a custom project I did for a member here....it started with Davidsen 202 a dial with orange lume
Then after searching for loooooooooooooong hours and looooooooooots of pics we decided to match the following Gen pic
The hands were lumed with a mix of c-1, c-3, natural and "top secret tint" to make em a bit whiter than the dial.
The hands were lumed with a mix of c-1, c-3, natural and "top secret tint" to make em a bit whiter than the dial.
Dial don't have any lume (requested by the owner) Also nothe tha the "T swiss T" was removed from the dial
New sapphire AR coated, new set of hands, cannon pinion/hour wheel, dial relume, crown guard was all polished and I did a brushed finish, case polished
Cheers,

I have relumed a lot of Davidsen dials and the only way to "fix" the Green lume color is by applying C-1 on top. You will trade lume power for more accurate uncharged lume color.

Here is an MBW polex 16610 I got in for the following mods:
*Moded gen insert to sit flush to the bezel and make the crystal look taller
*Relumed dial and hands with c-1 to match the Gen lume

I use c-3 on most of the pams I relume.
I am experimenting with different mix ratios and so far c-3 is on top of my list.
