Looking for a site that sells genuine Rolex DSSD box set with manuals etc.........that is prepared to ship to Australia..!!!....... Also want the swing tag , bezel cover.......etc ..... Please....Im desperate !!!......

I paid $500 for a gen and I cant pick the difference....wish I'd bought the rep now....lol......................

The lume problem is two fold. Firstly - there is the fact that it has not been applied properly and appears "blob like" and not centred in the small ring where it should sit - this is quite obvious under magnifaction but hard to tell on the wrist. Second - the brightness of the lumination in the dark - rep lume is notoriously dull and dies after a few minutes. If you want to get an idea of how well lume should work then look at a gen Rolex.....those things light up in even the slightest shadow. Now having said all that.....i have an SA with a gen dial ( pictured in this thread)......and the lume ?......hopeless.....so don't lose too much sleep over it.....

OK....here's mine.......... SA- Gen dial /gen leather..........about to be moved to gen OR. Navi World Skyland - Black Dial - selling this one and buying a SA black dial - battons. Bentley Tourbillon - So four in total.....looking to buy currently.....SA gen black batton dial , Seawolf - yellow dial on black rubber and a DSSD ( not a Breit but at least Rolex are starting to make decent sized watches )........

In my opinion - if you want the best - an SA with gen dial and gen bracelet is the way to go..........the rep dial and bracelet are crap........... here's mine.....

The white dial looks fantastic elisix - congrats my friend on an excellent choice - a keep er for sure............. This isn't quite in th same league but here's my SA......gen dial and gen leather.......my fave watch ( this week)

I was into the black.... inow have an SA with gen white dial on gen leather and it just looks FANTASTIC.....but funny would never have thought of that combo....

Nice piccies - they tell it all really - the Seawolf os a clear winner over the SOSF ......

My reps and water so far............. Breitling Skyland Avenger - surfing and diving to 20 metres , swimming several days a week in salt water - Never any problem Graham Oversized Chronofighter - same Mont Blanc SS SPorts chrono - same. My SA hasnt had water becuase its on a gen leather but will when my gen ocean race arrives....so watch this space..... Breitling Navitimer - no water time. Breitling Bentley GT - Tourbillon - no water time. Rolex Submariner - ( $30 POS from Guangzhou markets ) - died in the bath.

Agreed - if asked I tell them the truth.......fact is - they never ask......they just assume its a gen......the reason I ask here is that I know nothing about the Rolex reps......all my reps are breitlings or Graham......and I am comfortable with their level of accuracy.......from reading the forums sounds like their are some real obvious flaws with the Rolex reps........the pearl being the obvious one.......

Bezel screws and date wheel are annoying as is the lume........but the Chief is right....but on a gen dial and all your problems melt away........I just bought an SA with a gen white batton dial........oddly it hasn't cured my need to buy more watches though........

Forgive my noobines ...but what or who is WM9......do they do a good sub ?.....may look at one of these instead or a good GMT..........do they have a website ?.....where can I see piccies?........

Hi Guys - this will be my first Roli so Im relying on your advice gang......keep in my mind .....in my line of work I work with a LOT of watch experts and a lot of watch people.....mainly marketers not AD's........I want the new DSSD V4 from Josh .......will they pick it ??..........

I run the chrono on my Skyland all the time and it is fine....watch out running them too early after starting the watch as they have a common problem of not resetting to 12.................which is a major pain !!..
