I would get the baseball first. It may be gone in the near future,maybe a fad. Cordovan will always be there when you decide to get it. Well, unless some wacko animal rights people bomb the Cordovan leather making facilities. But I don't see that happening.

The platinum bezel reproduction will always look like [censored]. If the entire watch is supposed to be platinum it does not look so bad but when the case and bracelet are SS and the bezel is supposed to be platinum.....well it looks like [censored]. This is just a very tough watch to get right.

On that tangent. Almost the entire rwg,rwi,and trc community is male. Why don't our dealers sell wallets for men? We need to score a gift for the womyn in our lives from time to time but we need more than watches straps, and pens in our modern lives!

The dial problems were on the first batch of ultimates. I just recieved my Ultimate LV from PT it has an uprgraded dial with not bold "m" and correct second markers. The bracelet is not perfect but not sharp. I think a simple polish will do no crock sticks or files necessary. Yeah, I think the crown is a little too fat. BTW: He still has pictures of his old ULT up with the old dial errors. I suggested he should take new picks. Oh well......

Is this a Daytona @6 type model where they will build an extra bridge for RO? On the other RO with a Japanese 17J auto, where is that movement from and who makes it? Miyota,Seiko or some random company? Those look awfully iffy. Wempe ROO with an Eta looks like best option.

Thanks ahchard. Well I was starting to warm to the Senna. Cool limited edition watch that I could take off at an AD,place on the jewlers matt , and try on other watches without worrying that the salesperson would pick up and identify as a Rep. Back to square one I guess.
