Here are a few shots of the watch, the bezel has a dull or matte finish, it doesn't have the aluminum metallic finish it should, everything else is top notch, but the bezel looks totally wrong, not what I would expect for a $340 replica from a trusted dealer. The pictures he sent me before shipping had the plastics on and everything looked good, (and everything else is) but after taking the plastic cover off the bezel I found the issue. Is there a way to get the bezel replaced? I emailed the dealer and so far all I got was a reply for me to "look at it underneath the sunshine" I'm waiting to see if I can get any help from him.. I've only read good things about this dealer, but right now I'm feeling very disappointed. What should I do?

Hello there, I just received a TAGHeuer Carrera 43mm Chrono with Brown Dial and Bezel from one of the trusted dealers, but the brown bezel looks weird, it doesn't have a metal aluminum shine to it, looks opaque, everything else looks top notch. Now I'm wondering if I should return it and try to get a corrected replacement, or is it possible to fit the original bezel onto this 43mm rep case, and if so what's a good place to buy it and how much? What do you guys think? I'll post pictures when I get home.

I got the same problem, the little ball pin that holds the clasp on the SS came loose and now I can't close it, it's always been tricky to secure it anyways. Anyone has 1 I can buy, or do anyone things getting a gen one will be worth it? Not sure how much they run for. Thanks!

Nice, that's good to know, I did ordered a few from Ofrei, I will try them tomorrow. Why did it took that long to get the strap on? I have a rubber and leather one plus the bracelet.

Thanks for the quick reply, this is what I found on the web about the springbar size : ( 3/4" (~19mm) with Omega bracelets and their 13/16" (~20mm) with Omega straps. The 20s seem a tad long with the bracelet tolerance). Do you have those sizes? I got 2 rubber straps 2 steal bracelet and 1 leather strap, I'm almost sure both the UPO and the lite version of it takes the same springbars. If you do have them, how much and where do you ship from? I'm in California. Thanks!

Hello, Im not sure what is the correct name of the pins that hold the strap and/ or bracelet to the case of the watch, but they all broke on my 2 Omegas, one UPO and one 45mm lite. I'm wondering where can I buy them? They seem to be very fragile and were already kinda bend when I got my new Omegas, any ideas? Thanks in advance!
