yes I agree with you about the omega movement. All I'm saying is there are some very convincing display backs out there.

sorry I'm not convinced about being called out with a display case back. I got mugged on ebay with a tag fake. (display back) It is a fantastic copy I must admit and two tag jewelers could'nt spot the minor flaws in the watch. The movement looks identical to the gen. This same watch can be bought from connie at king watch , she also sells the railmaster I linked you earlier. If you email her for better pics she is very helpfull. though I agree with others the railmaster you will not get the correct movement in a rep.

I got scammed on a tag carrera on ebay . ebay did pay up but it took 6 weeks yet the guy is still registerd on ebay. I'm not certain if ebay got the money back from him . I doubt it very much.

you can fight this one all the way, but............... you are never in a million years going to receive these watches, He aint gonna give them away. And who's going to make him? Annoying but true.

I really don't think it's a sticker as it's engraved, and the rotor has a swirl pattern. and it looks part of the swirl

I think it could have come from connie king, because I have the exact same one and it came from her.That's how I knew I got scammed. but keep A eye on the sales corner as I will be selling one of them soon. It is a very accurate rep.

Well after a long wait ebay finaly paid out on this one, yet the seller is still registed on ebay.

Yes you are correct it is the watch I got scammed with. This was a earlier post. I posted it in this topic to try and find out if it was a rep,but as you see no definitive answers. In the end I took it to dealer to check it with a gen and this confirmed my suspicion. However it is a good one

As the title says. Any idea what it is , and is it any good.

I'm not 100% but im pretty sure the early ones came with a white wheel and the newer ones are a black wheel . If you google the model you will see pics of both, and from gen dealers. I have two reps of this watch (long story) both very close out of the box, both with eta, and one white one black. incidently have you bought this watch?

sorry no return address. ebay say they have closed the case in my favour on the 22nd may , however due to the amount this needs to ba authorised by a supervisor and they keep saying they will let me know , but as of yet nothing.

ebay's address only gives his town and post code which can take me to his street and within a few house's , but that's all.

yep lesson learned ,though I must admit its a good copy. Though I'm shocked that I had to point the flaws out to a tag dealer , who would have happily bought the watch from me!!
