Not sure how much you want to spend, but these are available used for a pretty good price. I've seen them from reputable sellers on ebay for around $1500 and up. If you were planning on putting genuine parts on a rep of this you could spend half of that putting together a franken that would never be worth what you put in to it.
The early 1675 had a 1565 gmt movement in it, but the movement was marked 1560, just like the 1575 gmt is marked 1570. Your movement may be totally legit.
It looks like the case back has some serious corrosion, I'd be worried about possible water intrusion. If the price is right you could always send it out to Rolex for a service and have the caseback replaced.
