@RT- I looked through past posts when trying to find someone to do mods and Joes name always came back with high marks. I will be the first to post a thread if I felt I/we were being taken advantage of by another member. In fact I have done so with threads regarding Finepics, who still will not reply to my and I am sure others comment/emails. Why do you not start a thread about this matter? I have not had any problems with Joe but I am sure if I did they would be worked out and then if they were not I would bring that problem to the light of this forum. So you stand corrected!

I wonder if he's ever had any work done by Joe?? Sometimes people jump onto whipping someone because they can.

@phoband-I do not know the details of your transaction with Joe. Had you posted a thread? If so I am sure some members would like to read about it. @Richard Tracy-Again I speak from MY personal dealing with him and they have been flawless. What dealing have you had with him? I have been a member on this forum for nearly as long as you and while I may not post as often I tend to read most threads.

Not sure about the two year story? I would think that this would have come out long ago, I know that I would not wait two years to post. As far as a "handling fee" I can only say that no mention of one was told to me by Joe. Yes, I have watches in his shop and will receive them shortly. I wonder if anyone will really get to the bottom of these negative posts?? How many members are speaking not for themselves but for others without a clear thought to the real problems.

All rol-x reps for ladies are WRONG! The date font is soooo wrong. The VC looks ice but again it should be a quartz movement not auto, another problem. If your wife can pull off a PP then there you go. In my mind it would be either J12, PP or a Cartier. Of course a genuine TAG or something along those lines is nice. Joe its good to see you reply to concerns! Some other members choose to ignore posts that speak of problems that members are having with delivery of items that have been paid for some many months ago. Good on you for stepping up and posting a reply.

Maybe we should think about how many people send Joe watches for mod's before we cane him. I think that he like Finepics has had a bad run. I have had only positive results with Joe, and I know that I am not alone in saying that in this forum. I have laid into Finepics for not responding to email or posts and I would ask Joe to do the same. I today received an email saying he was feeling better and that things were on the mend. I am sure that he will reply to pm's and emails slowly. I have no response to members who have had watches with him for sometime, I only hope you work it out. I for one will continue to send him anything that I believe needs his special touch. I currently have two watches with him and expect to see them this weekend.

Trust me on this. I have looked for myself for quite awhile. The DJ reps are wrong! If you want something thats nice and is almost correct purchase her a Chanel J12. I have one and its great. One of the best ladies reps out right now. The only other one that springs to mind is PP twenty-4. Hope it helps. D

I am sure that we all wish Mark a fast and speedy recovery. I hope that he will contact members soon. Even a general posting would help calm the tide that is sweeping through this board.

@ Markus-I agree that it is his right to do what he wishes. But when you fail to reply to emails from members who have sent both money and watches in good faith and then we see a solid history of purchases using the internet I have a problem. I believe he has had a bad run thus far in his personal life. But, to continue to ditch emails from members is wrong. Again, Mark please respond! We just ask to be treated fairly.

Glad to hear that some members have gotten items from Mark. But I fear there are many more who have not and have decided not to post any thoughts for fear of backlash. I am one who is still waiting. While I understand Marks problems he should try to contact the members who have posted thier thoughts on this and other boards.

@shultz-I too have been trying to get ahold of Mark. He has not contacted me regarding two datewheels. I was going to send a watch to be modded then found Joe who worked on some watches for me. I hope that Mark contacts the members who have paid for and are waiting on datewheels and work. I/we understand family and work issues but just afew words as a heads up would help.

I have sent emails and Pm's and heard nothing. I am waiting on wheels for a 2893 and 7753!
