WM watch. Mod's included Joe SL dial and hands, crown guards, service and replacing rings etc to make waterproof.

I sent off a MBW 16600 to joe for mod's. I asked that he look at it and let me know what he thought it needed to bring it to a "almost" perfect level. He emailed me right after receiving the watch to let me know what was needed to bring it up to speed. My husband can be rather anal about watches and I wanted this to be perfect, or as close as one can make a replica. Joe kept us (I say that because my husband spoke with him more than I) informed during the ectire process, was there to answer any and all questions. This was my first dealing with Joe, and I found him to be very willing to share information about the process. He had the watch for about one month and it arrived just today!! Here are some photos to share. I can pass a comment from my husband regarding Joe, "he is a breath of fresh air". I have only dealt with afew members so far, but have found that everyone enjoys collecting and discussing timepieces. I look forward to being active on the boards and with further "worked" watches from Joe.

It looks great. If he replaced the hands with the ones from the MM20 it would be spot on correct from the front. Just my thoughts......

It arrived today!!! Actually yesterday. Fastest shipment ever, online it shows 2 days! Looks great, feels good. One problem, not major is the rotor noise. But on his wrist not loud. Sorry for the lack of info and photos but off on vacation and need to pack. He will be wearing this one in Paris.

Jay sent me an email yesterday with tracking info. It seems that they are shipping now. Now the tough part.........

@dabom Had to be a [censored] but I have seen it in person and it is yellow gold. I don't think that anyone (rep) has yet to nail the color yellow solid. All I was saying is that they do make a yellow gold model when you said they did not produce one. I bow out now... But still in for a steel white/gold hands with black strap please!!

@dabom IWC did and does have a 18kt yellow gold Portugese. If you go to www.alanfurman.com is it under IWC, Model IW3714-16. My brother in law had one also. Denise
