Do you the the result would have been as good if you completely stripped the bottom AR? Also, I noticed the Clark 295 has 2 gasket choices from the eBay seller. Which would be appropriate for this watch?

Sorry. Im not sure of the version. That's why I posted a pick. It seems to be the only one with a somewhat aligned rehaut, but the etching is dark.

Lani - Will the Clark crystal fit this version? Also, will it rise above the bezel more like the gen or will I need to shave the bezel down? On a side note for anyone who knows the answer, is it possible to lighten the rehaut engraving? I like that it aligns better, but it is very dark.

So its a gen case, crystal, bezel and crown? Then you added a rep dial, rep date overlay. 2836-2 and rep band? It looks really good. Would you mind me asking how much you have in this project total?
