Yes, the dial print shows the seconds should be running at the 12 subdial, as the gen does, but they are not, they are running at the 9 subdial, as this watch is using a standard/unmodified A7750.... So it is a really poor rep

That would be the chronographs second hand, I am talking about the running second hand, which is on the 9 position subdial, not 12 where it should be And yes that is a really terrible date mag, not a good rep... I thought the secs@6 mod has been around for a couple of years already, no? The low beat A7750 has been around for much longer than that, I would think....

No perfect = genuine Great means the lume looks, well, great, which his watch does.... Yours look OK, not quite as good.....

Well unless you can find a dial with the stick thin hour markers, I would not really worry about it.... If the case is thinner than all the current versions available now, somebody might pay a good price for it, if they were starting a franken project Daytona or something.... I would leave as is otherwise, because I doubt a thin hour marker dial is findable, and with the subdial spacing flaw, it is a moot point anyway.... Cheers!

Not really much help, but if that Daytona (looks like an early revision Daytona, secs@9, slow beat A7750) is still working, it may be worth sourcing a more accurate dial. Also how thick is the case? Because the thinner case Daytona model is a desired rep, as the case is no longer available, and yours may well be such a case...... EDIT: Secs@9 or 6? Also the 9 subdial has 60/20/40, indicating running seconds, which is correct for pre-2000. The only real issue is that the hour markers should be much thinner for pre-2000.... Cheers!

Well if I go by what I was told in the email from Jakub on the 7th, we should start seeing crystals/watches back by the end of the month, or just before, depending on postage times..... If not, then I think it is a safe bet it won't ever happen... Jakub has had well over $3000 worth of my watches in hand, at any one time, gen and rep. So I have to still hope he will return a $250 ti IWC, and $200 Breitling.... I guess we will soon see.....

Looks terrible, check out the really poor quality bezel and the crown. Not to mention the too small hour hand and.... I could go on....
