Looking for a new ( a few) inserts for some experiments for my 1680. Im looking for nice ones with a just price tag, usable for the "1:1" cartel bezel - click in. Oi Lads! While im unsure if ive yet earned my right to proper advise from fine gentlemen on this board, it will certainly not stop me from trying. Ive been lurking here for quite some while, and made my first purchase of a 1680 about 6 months ago. However, as time flies (oh it does) and so does my desires, i now sincerely need a Tudor 9411 No Date Rep. This is no joke, if you started laughing please stop. Long story short, my thoughts have been on a Yuki case, but seeing the rehaut of the general case, i do not think the quality justifies the price. As for dial/hands, I have yet to learn of another source than Yuki (do enlighten me please). My basic requirements: Decent looking Dial/hands Decent looking case, and an asian/swiss Eta/j21. What i am unsure about is: What case will fit the Dial? What hands will fit what movement? I do have a spare 5512 Case from Joshua, could it be used perhaps? (i dont care for the caseback engravings) Im looking to spend tops 400 dollars, is it doable? (yes i understand i wont get a franken, but still) Kind Regards, Sweden!

Not hitting each other. Seems like it just wanna run for some seconds then stop. Can i do something about it, or am i stuck with a bad sample and lost money?

So, i just recieved my Rolex 1680 Single Red Asian from Joshua, with a DG4813, and the watch is beutiful. The movement however, seems to be either malfunctional or just bad. Whilst being brand new, it will run for max 5 minutes before it stops, only to spontainously start running later again. Winded it properly, and cared alot for the crown adjusting it. Is there something i can do? As of now i havent removed the caseback etc, but ive done it plenty of times on other watches to relume, vintage dial/hands etc. Many thanks!

Only for me that the Bezel is kinda loose? I dont need any tool to take it off, while ofc it doesnt fall of of itself... Is it per gen or im unlucky? However, im in love with the look of this model!

Seems like the construction on the 1680 differs from the 16610 in more ways than the height of the crystal and the shape of the bezel. How do i remove bezel/crystal to further on remove the cyclops for an upcoming mod? Many thanks

Finally succeded! Is it just me or is the clicking just a bit better now after opening -> closing the case?

Okay, so in my curiousity, i decided to remove the bezel of my Noobmariner LV 21j. No problems with that Once the bezel came loose, so did the arch-shaped spring-thingy located between(?) the bezel and the lower ring that fits right onto the case. How am i supposed to re-fit this spring? Help much apprichiated!

Any guides/pictorials on how to adjust the movement manually, since ive heard its a solution. Ive got most of tools/screwdrivers aswell as handy fingers, while i lack the knowlegde of these small movements

ive winded it up, and it just keeps doing the same, about 10-15min behind every 24hour...

Well the crown seems pretty lock'd, unless im supposed to screw up the crown, and then crank it up.

Okay, just recieved my Noobmariner LV A21J from a fellow member. Its unused before me, is it normal for this piece of movement (im aware its not the best) to drop about 15min/24hours? Thanks in advance!
