  1. hi everyone!

i just recently got my first panerai rep! I always loved how they looked and ever since i got my 177, i havent even touched my rolexes. even the gens! :)

anyway.. im trying to find a decent black croc strap for around 50 bucks but i can seem to find anything in a 24/24. all the ones i see are 24/22. any ideas on where i should look?

    thanks! :D

got my eye on this bad boy...

  2. Nice to see qc seems to work but knowing that one of the flaws of this rep is a cg lever that sticks out a bit iit is funny to see most pics from qc are cropped not to show the lever.

Great rep anyway, will order one too, hope the bezel is tall and still wait for 196.

should be an easy fix, just heat it up a tiny bit and bend it with a pir of pliers. it only needs to move like .5 mm

im not sure it will bother me enough to do anythingg about it. im ordering one too, repmakers should be rewarded

  3. Whithout a doubt it is not a gen case, I bought one of these from Girard about 6 Months ago when he claimed 100% authentic then I sent it back. Everything is rep with the exception of the movement. I emailed him back with links (mostly ebay as I recall) of a few other watches with the same serial.

  4. I bought a Skyland Avenger V1 with the V2 dial from Watchstation for $180. I am completely blown away by the quality of this watch and the included rubber strap. I think that this is easily the best buy I've ever had the pleasure of owning. It's crazy how much more satisfying this watch is over paying $400+ for those of similar quality. Anyone else feel this way?

  5. I just converted my 176 to a 177 so I have the seconds gear with the shortened pin if you're interested. It's really easy to change the wheel out, just remove two pieces of bridge and replace it. The gears all self align into the bottom jewels, so getting them back into the bridge jewels is a snap. If yer interested in the part just give me a shout.
