    I hope my 6204 post helps you in your endeavor to market a kit. The watch is truly beautiful in it's simplicity, and it's history. I don't know if you've sourced the coin edge bezel as of yet. I had mine made for the 6542 which is similar, but beveled on the lower part at the base. If you look at my pictures you can see that this is modified to be more 6204  like. 

    My bezels are machined to gen spec, made of brass per gen, and genuine nickel plating, as per gen. I had them do a light plating so that they can be aged easily using a Scotchpad or steel wool. They cost me $30USD each, and I have 12 left if you're interested. All have the stainless steel retainer ring, and a roll of spring wire to fit, cut and bend to shape. 

    I do not know how they will work on a gen case, I've never even seen one in person. I do know they fit and work perfectly on the Tiger case, and on the cartel Explorer case that I ground the lugs off of to make a 6542.
