If you want to track it all the way use Airsure through the Royal Mail. However, not all receiving countries use this, so you'll have to check if Thailand is one of them. If not send it Int Signed For, can track it up until it leaves the UK.
no Airsure for Thailand.
Airsure tracking is kinda basic anyway.

I have found Parcelforce to be far too costly but Royal Mail is much better. It's weird as they are both part of the same outfit but their pricing structures are very different.
Parcelforce is a courier service.
Royal Mail is a normal postal service.

I'm awaiting the return of my SFSO from Silix (following repair) and according to EMS it has arrived in the UK. When I checked the Tracking through Parcelforce (who deliver EMS parcels in the UK), it says "AWAITING CUSTOMS CHARGING". I've had lots of watches delivered via EMS/Parcelforce before and this is the first time I've seen this message - should I be worried ??
Ive had this on 10-20 parcels in the last few weeks.
It will clear eventually and will be delivered with no charge.
Although rumour has it 'Parcel force' are now checking random parcels for replica items...

If you can get an IWC with straight markers then that's the way to go. Double AR on the crystal makes a huge difference.
ye.
ive seen a fair few of these..
alot have "marks" where the glass meets the case.
and dust under the glass.
AR is nice.. no way near Gen. quality though.
same on the EVO.
I would like these watches as passable as genuine... -
What do you think about BCE with a suit?
Evo is to blingy and fat

Congratulations pal!!
love the Tourbillion wrist shots!!!
thanks for letting me use them
-
got 5 of these babies in front of me. hot watch!
-
thanks for that pal

EU so no customs will be involved ?
correct.
just use DHL to deliver
and you'll be fine.

If you are looking for a bimmer why not look at more exotic models like this M33 and its probably in your price range
gona use that as my avatar on the M6 forums
lol!

Oh ya, isnt the MB supposed to have a solid caseback?
nope
-
I really want a new chrono, 7750. I was thinking about the MB timewalker from Josh, but it looked alot better when I was looking at it last week. Dont want to pull the trigger until I get some other ideas.
So, any ideas? Looking to spend around 300USD BTW.
MB is hot!
go for it!
put a gen strap on it.. rep. strap is veneered paper!
-
Well, they've also got to deal with taking, processing and shipping orders, sourcing product from factories etc...
and recovering with hang-overs...
-
I'm looking for a great rep of a gen less than $10 grand to wear with a tuxedo. Probably a leather strap, but I will not discount what could work out nicely. How are the PAMs out there and do you feel they are too BIG for black tie? I'm looking for a piece that would be nice for a wedding or appropriate for my Blue Lodge meetings. Being 26, I am not afraid of bending traditional 'style' rules, however, I've always been more inclined to travel the convservative route. With that said, I think I need consultation. cheers, pete

all that worrying for nothing
Received it this morning and i'm a happy bunny
ahh.. bless
i remember my 1st rep.. it came up a toy bunnys butt.
-
Not yet....
You'll probably see "released from customs" or "scheduled to delivery" soon...
or a customs officer "ramming your door down"...

I mean come on, is an LV or Coach bag worth any more than one from Marks and Spencer? Of course not. Vastly inflated prices due to greed.
Debatable..
The Hermes Belkin (WAGs weapon of choice) is hand made and takes 2 weeks to make.
ok, its not really worth $6000... but beats the hell out of a bag from M&S made in China in 5mins.
M&S are just as greedy as any luxury brand. They just target a different market. There markup is less but shift volume.

Please share what this week's episode was about.
To summarise the bit that scared me...
They hunted down a UK based dealer to there home!
and showed how easy it was.
I couldn't sleep that night..
Ive been walking around with a disguise on since!

My best friend from Houston just called me and is giving me a shot to buy his 2002 BMW 740Il rather than trade it in!
Any info/feedback on this model will be highly appreciated. One thing I've found so far is that this particular model
have problematic IDrive system....this is from the BimmerForum!. It looks like this, but in Dark Blue (He's sending me
pictures later):
BTW: it has 50,000Miles; with Bimmers, it's still in break-in miles! Fully loaded with everything and 20" RIMS!
Thanks!
wrong forum.
Idrive isnt that bad... (you need time to learn it) once you get used to its quirks its easy to work.
I would add a warranty on it... (unless you can afford unexpected repair costs on the 4.0 v8).
My last BMW an M3 newer than 2002 and less than 50k... repair/parts costs for 1 year were shocking.

Is there anybody in his forum who can help with something of this sort?
All help is greatly appreciated!
the best i can do is a custom dial on a pam111, sub, GMT2 or my tourbillion.
the rest of the watch will be the same but with no markings.
-
I think my grandma used to smoke that during the War...
-
Yes beat me too it.....
Next they'll be saying counterfeit cigarettes cause cancer
i saw another show about this.
These really can be horrific. Again some are just re-branded cheap brands,
but some are made with all sorts of junk in them (well, more so than normal ciggies )
paper. saw dust. made in sheds so dead insects rats droppings.
-
That's horrifying.
I haven't seen this, but I consider that a crime against humanity considering Africa is DYING en masse.
I really doubt they have holes in them...
They were prob some generic Chinese made condoms (a few cents for a pack),
"re-branded" as Durex and sold for a few dollars a pack.
