What is interesting about our new apprentices is that they are not new or apprentices. They are new here though and as such will have to prove their mettle. And yes many folks are familiar with both dealers. They are a welcome addition and we look forward to seeing their offerings.

I can tell you that Watchstation is a great dealer and a big addition to RWG... his photos and QC are definitely above average...

you know.... having grown up in South Carolina and Florida.... and having gone through tornadoes and hurricanes, I agree with Bulldog... when an earthquake hits, you have no warning and you just react....

In a hurricane, you sit around for hours in a boarded up house and you wait... and then you deal with what happens...

Quake hit at 11:42... went to a business lunch at 12:20.... no damage, so no big whoop....

it's sad to say... but as the VP of a construction company... i hope you're correct... i'll be as happy as an oilman if there is one....

@robbieg.... when you're talking on RWG, you are talking to the top of the rep food chain... you are talking to people who are in the know... who have been on the ground in GZ... who have walked up to the MBK stall...

they are replica experts...meaning, they're smarter than your average bear...

I am just surprised that Robbie is so in touch with GZ and what is going in the rep world when he is so busy negotiating big pictorial contracts and licensing with some pretty big companies and a gallery...

Andrew and Josh were removed as dealers... but they still have open accounts on RWI in the hope they will contact myself or the staff to discuss things...

Josh and Andrew were great dealers once... and true friends of the forums.... but can you call someone a friend when you no longer trust them?

so, we are to pay Chief/Bulldog then?

It was removed yesterday actually....

An e-mail exchange was posted between hont and Andrew where hont gave Andrew his phone number, thinking it was a legitimate... the phone call that resulted, and the attempts by Andrew thereafter are part of the reasons...

Andrew flew into GZ on the 21st or 22nd to visit the Skyland maker and attempt to restrict hont from purchasing... this was because hont had it priced so low...

There is other evidence in existence... but here's the rub... these people have shared this info with the admin team with the assurance that it would be held in private... why? because they have to live in china and specifically, gz, and therefore they could potentially be in danger...

So, in the end, most of the evidence will not be seen by the public as some of the players in this drama fear coming forward... the admin team of RWI must be trusted that we have made a decision based on all of the evidence presented to us...

On a sidenote, I have no doubt that if you order from Andrew and Josh that you will get your watch... and maybe the price you pay is of no great consequence to you... this, like most of you, is just pocket money for me...

A lot of this has to do with respect... and respect is priceless...

but a question on shipping.... could we not send all of the cyclops (the cyclops number matches how many have paid) to chief.... and then he could send them all back to lani or the point person (if that needs to be me then fine, I'm in Cali)... at that point, the mailing would happen...

it has been shown that people have purchased waterproofing and not really been provided the service....

take it to a local watchsmith and let them do it for you....

don't listen to them.... sell me the dial on the left and use the one on the right.... everyone's happy!

But if it is needed.... 4 of the guys on the list all live within 30 min of each other (3 of the 4 within 2 miles) and in the same state as chief... one of us could step up and make it very easy, if need be...

This is a good example though of why people need to follow directions...

Back from a trip up North is my daily wearer.... an 001B...

This watch has been lumed by the master... and a palp crown has been installed... it is an old caseset and dial and is on a Savage strap... I absolutely love it...

I would like to thank The Zigmeister for his work.... and to thank a certain gentleman from New York for help with procuring the crown... and to the entire SoCal family for ideas and all the help with all of my projects...
