    My Way is just a 7 eleven type of store and DHL problably only do pickups on Monday to Friday and if the package was posted after DHL already made their pickup on friday then it wont be collected until monday afternoon. So I wouldn't worry to mouch.

    Is it mean "My Way" also accept different couriers postage like UPS, Fedex?

    Dear Folks:

    I've order a Franken watch on forum who located in Sweden; we've deal before & have a very good experience. Everything going fine until the seller inform me the package had been send.

    According to my seller; he send it by DHL via the service point "My way" on 15/4/2011 & email me the track.no. However; 3 days past & I can't track it either on Sweden DHL or HongKong DHL. I called DHL twice times to asking about the status. DHL call center told me that they haven't received the package & that's why the track no not show any info in their system. They can't provide any help in my case. I contact seller & he confirmed the package had been send to DHL & send me a photo of the receipt. So; I email the receipt to DHL & they replied my enquiry as follow:

    "Please be advised that we have no any information about the given waybill number 845581XXXX at this moment. Please kindly check and clarify the pick-up date of your shipment with the shipper. You may also check the on-line shipment status in the following ways once you have the correct waybill number:

    1. http://www.dhl.com.hk >Express > Tracking

    2. e-TRACK (For international shipments only) - please e-mail the waybill number to track@dhl.com and the result will return within seconds"

    It really drive me crazy as the deal related to over 1400EUR......plus I'll have my vocation with my wife on coming easter. I'm so nervous & worry as I don't know what the problem is.

    Is there any members who have experience in send package via Sweden DHL service-point? I'm not familiar with the service point in sweden; "My Way" are DHL service-center or just a postal franchisee / agency? how frequently will DHL collect package from service-point? According to the info from "My Way service-point"; they open 7days a week. Is it daily collect or anything? Is it normal for 3 days track.no still not working in DHL?

    Please kindly give me your advice or any input about my case..... :(

  7. Strange Question about the 3714 Portu'd Hands ?

    the tab where the hand attaches to the pinion allows it to only go one way).

    Any expert can confirm that? I'm not a watchsmith; so I don't know if there's a TAB on the hand which allow it only install on the pinion on one way......

    I just looked at my 3714-01 and the hour hand is straight/slightly tipped upwards. The minute hand is slightly tipped downwards.

    I will talk to the expert (Domenico) and ask him..but it seems like it´s OK. It´s hard to decide without pics :)

    No doubt I don't have any problem on this hand installation since I bought your Portu; it work perfectly. But I'm just curious whether it's ALL portu like this or only in my case..

    Dear All:

    I got Concepta IWC 3714-01 about 1 year ago; everything work great & I love it so damn much! Today my watchwinders broken & send to repair. So; I packing up all my collection + clean them one by one. When I clean my 3714-01; I found a strange thing.....the hour hand tip is "curve upward" which is different from the minute hand tip "curve downward"......As I remember; most of the IWC hands tip are sightly curve downward in order to compensate vision distortion made by the doom crystal. I wonder; is it my hour hand normal or it's a wrong installation? Can anyone clarify that for me? :g:

  14. I have just seen my new franken Rolex GMTIIC 116710LN - Gen dial, gen glass and gen Corum 2893 movement transplanted!

    Compare with my Gen, seems the date font is way too big...Also; in my knowledge ETA2893 is not the same hand stack as Gen Rolex 3186 movement. the correct hand stack order should be Hour hand--->GMT hand--->Minute Hand--->second hand (from bottom to top). However; ETA2893 hand stack are GMT--->Hour--->Minute--->Second.

    About the Gen cermaic insert; I still remember a member got a full set bezel before. But according to him; the size on rep are totally different. That's why he give-up & sold them on RWG....Anyway; please let us know your result!

    P.S : Any update status for my 371401 franken project? Also; I'm worry about the Chinese New year coming soon & will delay the shipment.....

    Awesome watch concepta!

    I wondering if the dial numeral question has been sorted out?

    Also, just visited the IWC web-site and their Reference IW371401 has a rose gold second hand at the 6 sub-dial; your picture shows a blued one.

    Yep! I have the same question too...

    I search all over the internet & I can't found any info about the different dial version. Also; the running second hand colour is absolutely wrong....
