How are some of you guys in the US getting watches delivered to your door in a week or less? I'm on tooth and nail waiting to get a reply for the confirmation email I sent 2 days ago of the QC photos. I was hoping that I'd receive a tracking number by now. Still waiting. The purchase was made 4 days ago.

Comparing it to my gen S-serial 16710

• the crown sticks out a little too much and should sit lower on the case
  
• dial is incorrect (Maxi dial) for that particular case with the lug holes (should be SWISS - T < 25, non-Maxi)
  
• your Coke Explorer II has better position lug holes and the proper size
  
• since it is a Maxi dial, the "GMT Master II" should be printed in green
  
• 16520 bracelet is for a Zenith-powered Daytona
  
• end pieces should be 501B and without those notches (since this is a lug-hole case)
  

Why do some dealers take so long in responding to emails or providing QC pics or even a tracking number once you've approved of the shipment? Are they one-person operations trying to handle thousands of customers?

I just don't like how these dealers take your money, _then_ check stock! And, when there is no stock of the item you want they tell you to choose something else. Total BS and unacceptable.

I got the refund. Who should I purchase now from? I know...Trusted Dealer...but, which one?

Out of curiousity, if you are really happy with one of the watches why wouldn't you take that and go with a partial refund?

Because Josh tried to pull a fast one on me. For that, he has lost a customer. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've asked for a full refund. I spent over $600 for both of the watches, the Carrera 43mm and the PAM 380. Let's hope he doesn't give me a hard time.

Update: Josh is now telling me to expect a refund in 3 to 5 days. What the hell?!

A very good point. Actually It wasn't long ago that you got what you got. At least now you have the opportunity to see what you are getting. If you dont want to consider another rep... then I think Josh should refund your money. It's not your fault that the Tag Is not exceptable.

That being said....there are some really nice reps out right now. Seawolf, Skyland....some awesome Pams. Just something to think about.

Yes, we are lucky to have the QC. I just wish this seller was a bit more honest.

I had ordered this watch and a PAM 380. The 380 looked great in the QC pics.

Josh's reply? "There is no further stocks of this watch .. Perhaps you can consider a replacement."

Ordered 2 watches from PC. Was sent QC pics. 1st watch checked out fine. 2nd had flaws (manufacturer defects...misaligned hour markers, damaged applique logo). New QC pics were send of the 2nd watch. Guess what? The exact same flaws are on this watch as the first, right down to the same spec of dust on the dial. Conclusion: I was sent QC pics of the same watch. I know a lot of you deal with PC and I have in the past as well. But, you're not going to pull the wool over my eyes!

Here are the pics. Judge for yourselves. Just simply compare the cellophane that's on the tachymeter.

162xx series DJs had no lug holes. Still a fantasy DJ. Nice dial though.

I've seen that webpage before. Looks like a bunch of random photos (some of which don't load) of Tudor sub watches. Anyway, the 9411 was date-only. The 9401 was no date.

Yes, that dial was only found on 162xx series, no lug hole DateJusts with the 3135 movement.

The date wheel is BK's so not historically correct for this model, and I'm not sure the dial I used was available for the 16014. Technicalities for sure, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

Does such a watch exist? I've only seen 9411 with dates and 9401 without dates.

I was thinking that a 16233 case would be easy as with tc movement and spacer 3135 specs but i do like the older plastic crystal watches

A 162xx series case would be harder to find than a 160xx series case. I've only seen one 162xx case on eBay and that was years ago.

How about DW's case? Those CGs could poke my eyes out!

I have my Snowflake in a Josh/PC case. I hate those CGs. I also want the proper case back with all the engravings. Where can I find a MBW crown? A gen 702 crown?! $300 for a crown? That'd be more than I paid for the entire build!

How is this case? Are there any problems with the rehaut being too large? Yuki wants cash first, then a 25 day production time before I'd receive anything. That bothers me. I'd like to see the actual case I'm going to get before sending him my $600.

Is the missing arrow on the G of TAG a common problem among all Tag reps?

I could tell if there was a pic of the bottom of it.

Hey maxman. Yes, I've been eyeing that one too. But, those numbers around the dial make it look so busy. The Monaco GP is so clean looking compared to it.
