So if the watch was not a chrono it would be fine if it had the seconds at the 6?

would the movement on the IW545408 die as well because the seconds are at the 6 or is it just just with the 3714's?

I just received a rep watch and the hour hand seems to move to quickly. I have to set it back an entire hour at least twice a day, however the minute hand is never off. The hour hand even moves to quickly when just setting the time. The watch is fully wound. Is there anything i should do, or would i have to take in to be serviced? And if it does need to be serviced, can any watch repair store do it? Thanks a lot guys!
