Just seen The New Beautiful Glass ClaD Pearl Insert, Really Wanted To who Can I Purchase This From And Will It fit On My Trevor Time Dssd, And Also How Would I Go About installing It, Any Help From The Experts Would Be A Big Help Guys

Blasted now I can't adjust the date and its stopped moving,I feel sick,I hope pbdad can fix this

Just out of curiosity, what exactly is involved in servicing a watch Movement, you say my watch should work better than when i first got it, what do they replace parts etc

My question is will the pbdad service to the steamed up movement make perfect again

Well I paid 215 dollars just three weeks ago what do you think I could get for it

Yeah I'm gonna be getting that don't by pbdad too, he's gonna seal up the hv valve and pressure test it

What about the rest of the stuff in the pbdad package like the aring the crystal and the satin dial varnish which I disagree with anyway oh and there's a few more things too I keep forgetting, by the way I asked him if he would soften the edges of the bracelet and clasp, he said yes for a further hundred dollars

Or do you think I should just wait till I send my watch off to pbdad, he said he can instal the ultimate insert, though even he said in real life the engravings on a dssd aren't as deep as a sub c

Hi jkay,I posted a mini review of the watch about a few weeks back, hers the link my friend But truth be told jkay I'm really really disappointed with the insert, my Trevor time sub c has deeper engravings on the insert

Just like the title, does anyone know who's selling a good inert were the markings don't look like they've been almost painted on,I got my Trevor time dssd last week and save for the pearl I hate the rest of the insert, the numbers on it look like they've been almost painted on, even when I feel all round the insert with my finger I can't feel any engraving, sorely disappointed, now who does sell something a bit more gen feeling

My father bought a Rolex sub the day I was born in 79, sadly my dad isn't here nor is the watch,I think one of the relatives helped them selves to it after my dad died, would have loved to have that today, would have cherished it

Thanks star,I know I've thought about that, do you know something or have you heard anything on the grape vine about a new dssd, you know when I look at my dssd I've started picking out all the faults and every time I look at it now I feel dissatisfied, this feeling is getting worse by the minute lol, I've made this list in my head of what I want modded on the watch,I never thought I'd get to this,I look at my insert and I notice the fonts don't perfect,I look at the CG's and I wanna start grinding them down,I look at the finish and fell sick lol

Well that settles it I'm going for the Matt dial, Matt always looks nice and gives it that expensive look, satin looks like my cheap wallpaper all shiny lol, by the guys what does satin finished dial look like, id better had see one before I make my mind up,

I'm wondering pbdad offers a satin dial varnish as part of his dssd package, now I've read somewhere that the gen dssd dial is Matt, what to do is the question, personally I always thought a Matt dial always looked better than a bright Dinny dial but then I do want the gen look if that's what it has

Guys another thing I forgot to mention or I thought was not important but now realise from reading your posts it's that I noticed the bezel is slightly lost, its not right like my other watches, there's a bit of play in it, if you touch it it sightly moves side to side, it doesn't have that solid tight feel, could water be getting through this and under the crystal, the watch came like this from Trevor, should I send it back to him

I also just mailed him asking if he softens the edges of the bracelet

Guys I just got an email from pbdad, bloody hell the guy is pricey, here's the list that he includes in the package -relume including stripping the old lume-pearl mod-paint mods to insert and ringlock text on rehaut-satin dial varnish-single AR-seal hev-bracelet buff and rebrush to gen spec-pressure testing to 5atm-BK datewheel overlay for non BK dssds$420 as a package. You save 10% Yes, I have a new ultimate insert that has nicely centered 10 and thick font. Cost is $50 extra. Now I fully agree with jkay about the colour of the fonts, I'm gonna ask pb what couloir he uses and if it's white I'll politely ask him if he'll do a more gen like colour, hopefully he won't take offence lol, again this guy is expensive, I'm wondering should I just ask him what watches he has for sale with all these mods
