  1. I've ordered one. I only wear radiomirs, it's my kind of watch. When it comes in it will get a gen strap (brown). I think I will get gen lugs. You can see the difference between them in the corners.

5 years ago I got my first radiomir 183, and it still runs superb. Actually I wear this watch the most. Then I bought a gen 288 for my wedding. And I have a 292 rep, so this 380 is more then welcome.

    Looks sweet!

WShen you get your gen corners, can you post photos that show the difference? I've never seen the corners cause they seem to be covered by the strap.

    Thanks.

  2. I personally never wind it completely.

No real evidence that it will be good or bad either way.

I just enjoy winding the watch in the morning so I usually wind it 25-30 times.

The watch does stop in the early morning the next day and that's fine.

I figure It will just be less wear and tear on the watch in the long run and hopefully last a bit longer.

  3. The only bezel I know is Sean's Bezel on his 1:1 Case.

it's the most correct one I've seen.

Believe me I had all of them.

    MBW

    WM9 V1,V2,V3

    TW Best

    etc.

    None compare to Sean ones.

For those that are faily new to the REP game, who is this Sean you speak of and where can I find examples of his work?

    Thanks

  4. I think OP is talking about the shineyness of the edge/teeth on the side of the bezel.

I have noticed this myself especially when under the intense bright light at a jewelers counter.

The polished teeth are very shiny and reflective on the GEN while the REP is not as reflective.

If a person knows to look for this, an obvious tell can be seen from across the room.

I think one could polish this oneself and make it shiny.

Anyone care to do a DIY? :)
