i got mine from ebay.com and paid $430 for it...but you might find one cheaper.

but because im in the uk...our customs held it for 3 days then decided to make me pay another

I don't know whether I need the 1.2 or 0.9 mm stem version for a 111H.

Does anyone know when a 0.9 or 1.2 is required for each of the models we have?

Really puts the size of the SA in perspective which helps me decide whether to order or not.

As much as I like the look of the SA, I fear that on my wrist it would be far too large.

I seem to be optimised for about 43mm.

By-Tor, thanks for comments. Your eyes are much more professional on this. I've read all your GMT reviews. But since my quest is to find a GMT under $100, the retro and Transformers are out of my reach. To me, if we can find a good submariner under $100, it shouldn't be difficult to do a under $100 GMT.

Both the 090 and 104 are cool Watches. Think it's something about the hands of the autos compared to the manual wind that sets them apart.

I have both and the 104 is more accurate. The 104 case is good. the 090 has a date pusher on the left side which screems fake.

There are a couple of versions of the 104 with the best versions currently not available.

The manufactures have turned their attention to Breitling

Considering the current interest in Breitling it does make sense to do a version 3.

Before taking the photo the Crown is often pulled to stop the runnings seconds, this might account for this difference.

Joshua's picture looks a little distorted also so I'm thinking the actual piece might be better than the photo suggests.

Sounds like the problems can be sorted by a visit to Master Ziggy.

This price is used to signify that the real price is not yet set.

I think the reason the number 8 is used is that this number is a lucky number in the Chinese culture.

I had my 7753 196 modded, and it makes all the difference; Had ziggy do the relume and install a Palp crown. I havent botherd with the date wheel though; one, it does not bother me; and two, anyone who could call it out as a rep due to the date wheel would be able to tell its a rep regardless.

So, find a palp crown and have ziggy do the install and relume...and talk to lello if you must have a DW.

How does one find a Palp Crown. I need three but have had no luck contacting Palp.
