omega moon watch 1969

i think the china 21j rollies hands fit the miyota 8215 movement , i bought 1 of the 1st 45 mm planet ocean from sir neil & removed the generic asian 21j movement with a miyota 8215 movement & works great ! dont know if all asian 21 j movements are interchangeable with miyota .. just so you know the miyota 8215 movement is very choppy , the asian 21 j movements sweep much smoother than the miyota , but the mighty miyota will out last the generic movements .. good luck

i also has an eta 2836 gmt ll the olny negative thing on my watch is that every now & then the gmt hands falls behind , & i have to turn the gmt hand round the dial about 10 times & then shes good 2 go for another week

hey guys this morning i went to my office & A SUPERVISOR SHOWED MY his so called original black face moon watch speedmaster , he took the watch off & i inspected it , 1st it was paper light , no engraved case back , the subdials did work the running seconds hand was on the 9oclock position , the lasrge seconds hand was still at 12 oclock position & worked as a stop watch . the ss band looked to me very weak & light . i took of my ETA smp & he held it & said wow thats heavy awsome looking watch .. i wasent shure if his was a very bad rep , but i was not 100% sure . im guessing it was a realy bad fake .. but the subdials did work oh & the case size was 39mm can any omega experts share there thouhts thanx ,,

any of you fender strat owners have this problem ? i have an awsome sounding mexico fender strat its 1 of my favorite guitars iv owned but when i switch to the bridge or neck pick up i get a terrible noise that sounds horrible when i record on my pc .. would a 5 way swithch replacement get rid of that terrible humming sound ? or thats just the way theses strats sound ? thanx for your help ..

i like the vintage rivited look , but dont like the light weight feel on theses rivited bands .. ima fan of the old heavy oyster bands ..

hey guys dont know much about swiss / japan powered watches .. how can you tell what type of quartz inside your watch ? & is there big differance ? .. if any one has a link that maybe illistrates swiss quartz movement please post the link .. thanx !

hellow RWG guitarist any you guys experiment with home pc recording ? who might have a copy of cakewalk guitar tracks pro 3 ? if some one with this program can burn a copy for me , i will trade an original cakewalk music creator 3 in the box i bought from bestbuy .. i read some where that guitar tracks pro 3 have awsome sounding DRUMS LOOPS to back your trax .. thanks guys , i realy dont wana buy it new cause i already bought 2 recording software at best buy & they did not have AWSOME sounding DRUMS

man i bought a NYC CANAL st rep ( omega seamaster came with screws on band but the clasp was engraved .. still sucked .. MY ETA SMP from paul has the corect ss band ..

ACORDING TO THOSE GUYS anything over 7microns of gold could last decades i wonder how much our dealers use on there reps .. i think JOSH uses 5 mils what ever that means .

if the midlinks are solid 14k id say you still got a good deal , you can always buy a solid gold clasp on ebay . would love to see some pix .. enjoy ..

awsome LP , i play an old mex fender strat & a ESP wich sounds awsome ! when played thru a marshall & GT-3 boss processor soon ill be buying a jackson / charvel .. hey any guitarist out there in the market for pro recording software ? i have 2 new recording software in the box , used it once & could not figure it out .. if intrested please e-mail me ..

i use a hair blower heat it for a few seconds then pry it out with a very this flat heat watch screw driver , then i clean the old glue out from the bezel & glue the new one in place with a water proof clear silicone glue / gell .. a lil dab here & there well do ya good luck .
