  1. Marty were spot on time as i also have a 1665 in mod stage just yesterday the case work is about to be completed ;) so race to the finish ;)?

    The next steps and mixture formula will be ... NDT 1665 Dial vintage mod and install, hands relume vintaging to match dial and install, ubi DW, gen end links gen crown and tube , tropic 39 superdome, gen insert vitagized + possible tririum pearl etc ...

    for now some pore phone cam shots of the case keep u posted ;)

    Im starting to carry this cross with you now... from the last update i thought to myself finally it was all worth it for u and then u posted this ... sheeeesh :(

    All do from what i see and note im not an expert i think this actually will be an easy fix/touch up. Pls. keep us posted.

  3. Oke Guys im set...

    Leaving tomorrow at noon from Bratislava with train and shod be in Prague main station just before 5 Pm, from there ill proceed to the airport to meet Stephane and his m8 so we can drive then to Karlovy Vary... i mean they will be driving wile ill be drinking beer in the back seat and checking the watches he is bringing B).

    This will be my 4th EU GTG i managed to attend all :partytime:

    That said who from the original list above is coming i see b16a2 had to redraw from this unfortunately plus im not sure about slai?

    What about others?

    well here is a first hand experience, as u know i sold a bunch of watches to fund my gen exp II purchase in April 2008 same happened in September 2008 when i purchased my gen sea dweller.

    Do i miss my high end modified watches... sure i do sometimes specially those pieces that were in the pipeline/production for several months going through parts collection various shipping of parts to final assembly.

    Still personally for me that is i think i made the right move... the way i see it there will always be time to start from scratch buy another rep and go through the parts/assembly/mods procedure all over again as its fun to see that watch change over time... with gens once u have a great opportunity to pickup one of the watches you really love i say go for it in the long run again for me it makes sense.

    Ball is in ure corner... LAZ has spoken ;)
