j3t, Legend had a similiar problem happened a couple of times till we couild straighten out but you two guys are the among the few who have had this happen it works fine 98% of the time.

Not for show keep them plugged into power bar in bedroom so always have a few turning. Have my fancy case out but they are fine workhorses and travel well w/ battery option, not bringing good ones on a trip right guys.

Not eactly sure on this one but after you unscrew crown should wind up toward 12 if not give it a little pull if it hits date or time (either start moving) you went to far.
PS you have a problem of course as rotor not winding, anything starts grinding stop at once.

Try switching to Firefox for your browser if you aren't using it already, internet explorer is usually quite problematic even on the most basic of tasks. You can also try going to Ninite (http://ninite.com/), select all boxes in the Runtimes section, and run the file so that it updates all your java/shockwave/ect. For flash you'll have to do that through Adobe's site (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/). After that everything should be up to date and any problems you're having should be gone. If your computer is older (5+ years), that could also have something to do with it as I've noticed more problems with flash and the like in XP/Java than 7.
Give all that a shot and see what happens.
