Sweet watch sir, I have been looknig to aquire this myself but never got it due to factory restrictions over the last months. The blue screws you are referring to are probably the biggest tell on this, and you can most likely tell by now that the gen does not have these. Also the datewheel has some font flaws which you can see with ease on single numbered dates. They just look small and dull. Fixing this piece with an alternative ETA datewheel (have seen alot of this in the day/date carrera cal16) makes wonders. Do you mind me asking what you paid for the piece? trevor also has a really nice aquaracer with the arrow G. also, 1. The hour markers are aligned in the center of the counters (you can compare pics from other dealers to Trevor) - It's not on the previous verions See 11 o'clock on the photo below (old watch photo) 2. The Tag Heuer logo has a flatter appearance, collect color, with arrows on the G. (Very gen like) - Previous versions have a very cheap plasticky/bulgy looking logo 3. the 500 M kerning/tracking (spacing between the letters) is correct. - The previous version has the 500 in the 500 M too spaced out the kerning is weird. 4. From the looks the rubber material on the bezel seems to be much higher quality. - The previous version is a bit more plasticky. make sure you get the SW 220 version for the correct movement look! courtesy of ratpatrolteam01 @ RG.

Does anybody know where I can get a hold of some decent Hermes rep ties? Do all the day/date (43mm) reps have the issue with the "G" in TAG not being arrowed? I have skimmed the dealer sites as well as reviews on various rep-forums, and they all seem to have the wrong "G". Im asking cause I have seen most of the cal16 day (41mm) logos being correct(ed).

Can someone here tell me how the workability of the tags chronos are? Looking to get a cal16 from pc, and wanted to make sure the chrono works as supposed. Hi all Finally decided to registrer after browsing theese amazing forums for a couple of days. Im totally new in the rep world, looking to expand my watches with some fancy reps. Having read alot on here I hopefully can aquire a decent watch without any problems. I am looking to get a Tag Carerra cal16 date or day/date in either all brown or the black w/ the rubber strap. In what way should I approach this? I have been looking around the dealers, but still Im not confident i picking one. Could you maybe recommend some good Tag dealers? What are the main concerns when getting such a watch? Is it ok to post QC pics for review? Thanks alot for a great forum. Daniel
