My collection so far...

There is no Tudor section yet, so I just put this under "other"... (hint, hint)
Just received my small rose back from service so I thought I'd share a couple pics of my current Tudor collection. 2 gens, 2 Daz specials, and my first ever project (the Date-Day). My project is not finished. Based on some expert advice I received (thanks jmb), I have a 2-tone Rolex Day-Date on order into which I will transplant this dial/movement. On to a few pics for your enjoyment.

Great job!  I think if you could find a gold bezel and a two-tone bracelet it would really pop!  Here's it's silver cousin...

 

Thanks JMB. Got to love those Tudors!  Yours is a beauty.  I'm happy with it as is...but I have done a couple searches for the gold fluted bezel.

Thanks! I think the dial is for a 2-tone watch but it looks good with the plain stainless...something a little different. Cheers!

I just finished my first watch project, a Tudor Date-Day. I had an old Rolex Day-Date that I bought overseas years ago. The dial had diamond markers, and a couple changed color to an ugly brown. It has been sitting in a drawer for years. I bought the Tudor dial from a seller in HK, and it fit perfectly! The case had some ugly blemishes too, so I tried my hand at refinishing the case while I had it apart. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out for my first attempt. I hope you like it as much as I do...

I'd love to find a Tudor Day-Date dial for an old rep Rolex Day-Date I have sitting in the box.  The current dial has diamond markers, and one has turned yellow...

Beautiful!  You don't see St. Exupery too often.  Mine has been hibernating...but says "Hello"

Picked this one up on the cheap as the crown had fallen off the SS bracelet. Added the leather deployment from Silix. I think its a great combo, and very comfortable. Have a great weekend!
